My battery is the new CA series.......dont know whether its 9Ah or 7Ah,but I think 9Ah may charge slowly but holds higher charge too.

Sure,I urgently require conversion, but I am thinking about the HH Ambition RR unit instead of the custom RR unit,as HH RR unit would have ports for plugging in every wire and I think that would be easier and sophisticated.
Also what if I try to emulate the HH Ambition system to go full DC ........I am just thinking of ways.
I also have a question, since your wiring went this way-
    Lighting Coil-Custom RR-stock RR-Battery-Switch-HID system,
    I would like to know,
1.how was the lighting coil connected to the customRR....I mean the wire that fed the head and pilot lamps from the magneto via the switches was detached and then connected to the customRR......was it done this way ????
The wires were cut, attached and taped. No other waya raound this AFAIk

2.CustomRR in Series to Stock RR ??? how was it done ??? by a single wire??
Will look into it and let u know bro.
3.Stock RR to battery already had a connection in stock condition.....since the customRR feeds the stock RR a full wave,so it gives a higher charge to the battery....but where were the head lamps and pilot lamps switches connected??? to the stockRR or to the battery directly ???(this part is kinda confusing ,cant get the clear picture, pardon )
The stock switches are connected to the coil unit bro. The full wave setup in no way boost's anything. The full wave rectifier provides proper DC wheras halfwave produces pulsating DC. It get's technical after this. The setup is only measured on terms of reliability AFAIK

You can boost charging current to the battery only by messing with the regulator.

    Please clarify,it would help
Maybe I am getting it all wrong So I need to be clear before conversion !!!

Sorry for the scratches. Be calm. I am not a GS150R owner, but a bike owner.

Just try to guess the agony of a Ninja or R-1 owner who undergoes such an experience. People are foolish to the extent of being suicidal. Ignore them and their acts. Just get a grey (or similar colour paint) and try to fill the scratch line with a thin brush by hand by you. It is much easier and a long-lasting solution.

Hi bro u can't get filter for GS other than SC,if some other filter fits,u can't use it, it will void ur warranty as well as the filter do harm to ur bike .Both Gulf and motul mineral oil is good, even me crossed 12000km but using gulf from 10600km,I got smooth ride and smooth gear shift and less engine roughness.....
Try oil thread for good synthetic oil(even motul has one)....change ur spark plug and air filter too at SC as recommended in manual...
