you need to replace the visor screws with pulsar one with rubber bush, cost only 30Rs,...try to find which screw making that sound and replace it accordingly ,if u have doubt ,go back previous pages as already discussed about it...
IF it is the visor then this is the solution, normally in this thread GS owners calling this mixer grinder sound from engine only, not from visor

Venu: I am Sumit not Pavan

I had fitted a big dicky on the right side of the GSR & for the left i got a sort of saddle bag.. images below, they are from a mobile camera, so not very good.

There is a guy in my area who makes these kind of bags..i got a ready-made one from him. Also i intend to get a tank bag made for the bike.

I had specifically attached the dicky & prepared straps for the saddle bag in such a way to leave enough space for my wife to comfortably keep her legs.

Pulsar and GS visor nuts and screws.

Replacing the 4 rubber mounted visor nuts will solve this problem. The mechanics may not have replaced it, either due to ignorance or unavailability. These nuts are not reusable as they deform in the first use due to shrinkage. It costs Rs. 10/- per piece.

You may perhaps have to readjust the screws for few more times.

There is nothing special with Pulsar nuts except that they are a little shorter and weaker. Someone approaching the GS dealer or sub-dealer was asked to buy Pulsar nuts because the original was not available in their SC. All Pulsars have more vibration than GS.

If you try, you can replace the nuts yourself. It is better to not depend the mechanics in simple matters.

                          • I request to cease picking on Vishnukmd for whatever address his is,he is also our fellow GSpian afterall.

Shoguns and Fieros cater in remotely villages in mountains and you are sure to find some RD350 in some other villages in Haryana or Madhya Pradesh,a person with passion for bikes can do some things which may not be acceptable to many.

If he is really serving Suzuki's interest by being here (as suspected by many) then let him be.We only want Suzuki to do better.

Hence we need to stop our bullying activities before the Mods targets us on being reported. Therefore brothers let us be mature and maintain the quality of GS150R ownership thread.

                              Mach Bro,

Nothing serious and no bullying, most of us are engaged with tight job and hectic work schedule, instead of always talking technical stuffs at 100% just try at least 1 % of fun

                              its just kidding

Vishnu bro this is like a cafe break chat during hectic work schedules hope you already took it in sporty way

Thanks for the timely alert Mach, sorry if my words hurt anyone by any mean

                              Abdul

Pulsar bush can be used only if the default GS150R bush worn out

am using the Gulf oil for the past 1400 KMS now i would say its the next best to Motul.

This morning i got licensed to drive a vehicle with two more wheels
but during that time some one stolen my helmet at RTO office

with two and half on golden screw and between 1500 to 1600 on rpm at hot temp am getting good mileage, but that was not my idea as the tuning was done by ASS

Its Okay MSN ........I knew something was brewing in here, you people were exchanging words I cannot understand and something really hush hush was going on.

Even many people told me many things........either I have proved them wrong here or just had simply ignored them when logic failed to invoke sense in them.

Finally,we pride ourselves in riding the GS150R,few had guts to buy that machine........and giving away to provocation doesn't suit us.
