Madhu....I am also searching the same....I do not want to convert my bike to DC as vishnu rightly said it takes a lot of effort...and I do not want to do all such things.....anything might go wrong....

So it is better if we can find a better option than that....I remember someone changed to Osram Nightbreaker...??? is it good....or the Osram silverstar or something like that....

Also I think sooraj is using the new P220 bulb....without any problem or modification...guess we can contact him on that....

guys if anybody has a better option please let know....

+1 to that from me .....Its been one moth since I took the bike...I have already clocked in 1300 kms....and guess what I had been to the registration yesterday

....here in hyderabad...we have to run on the temp reg....for one month.....then we get the permanent number.....so I will get my RC and the number today....

I do not think that.....for reg there is any stop on the kms...if it is the question of 1-2 days it is OK....but more than a week or something like that...we cannot...buy a new bike and keep it at home till it is registered....I really do not believe these SVC guys....they just cheat you on the face...just check with other collegues or friends once....

night breaker or osram silverstar even those who used it got better in terms of brightness, but the F***** reflector causes the focusing issue..

Can we use the nightbreaker without changing the battery or any other specifications....???

Suzuki is a nice bike and it do give 55 to 60 as do i have the same bike

but if it a 2009 model than it may have some serious issues like

tank rust

I think 53 is too much for a bike clocked 8000 and than its suzuki

if it was HH then it may be ok

Please check the tank mouth you may find the rust

and also take a mechanic to check the complete bike

The price may be from 40k to 46 not more than that....

Hello friends..

... I appear on the forum after a long time. Could not log on due to hectic office schedule... Now Im a bit relaxed. Hows everybody and their bikes... Hope everything is fine.

Sad part is I could not ride my bike for nearly 6 months,

used to go office by the bus. ANyways forget that...

My bike is all right. Only the acid from battery is leaked. Don't know how... May be because I could not ride it for few months and it was kept idle except I rode it for 3 times, that too a short ride. But all electrical are working fine. I placed my GS today for service and the mechanic told that I should get the battery changed.

Secondly, this is time to change oil. Im looking something different than the oil which suzuki people normally use. May be Shell, Motul, etc.

Please advise me on the battery issue and oil.

BTW, our GS150R thread has crossed 1K pages of discussions, a very big achievement for a least sold but most discussed bike. No doubt a bike this popular on perhaps the biggest online biking community ,makes the GS150R exclusive for the right reasons !!!!

Sagar bhai it has really been a long time.....hope u remember me.....finally i bought the GS....
I had to wait a really long time...but finally i bought it last month.....
it is really nice to have u back.....i was really wondering where u were....so keep posting....we will have a lot of things to discuss.....

+1 to that.....u right hit the nail right on the head bro....it might not have sales like pulsar or HH....but it is surely discussed....here on XBHP.....than most bikes .....so a 1000 cheers an 10000 post cheers to our GS....

Oil need to be changed if the bike is not used for months,

Battery need to be removed if not in use for a long while and that's applicable to all battery including mobile

If not it will get spoilt so need replacement
