While washing the bike today, I noticed a few spots of rust on the front and left side of the frame, on the chain case, saree guard, front disc and outside the mouth of the fuel tank.
Im a bit concerned now.

prob with the engine

i am on run in on my newly engine parts replaced bike........form past four days the engine perform strangly....the feeling is that the engine is loose(the usual rythamatic,thumping is lost) internally(sorry if you cannot imagine) so i went to svc to check, suspecting the clutch and loose chain......svc guy said that its the clutch cable that became loose and rectifeid it but than agin the problem got resurfaced....now i want you guyz to your share your opinion and the prob if you have faced.....

Cant see or determine actual issue virtually, but a good local mechanic can able to tell you whats the issue by just listing to your avatars song note and by a short drive he will tell the health state of your bike, so please check

I am testing my mileage using empty tank - empty tank method. I store exact 1 litre of fuel in a bottle and pour it to tank when tank goes empty. Tested twice using this method, i got 44kmpl at both occasions. I ride at 5th and 6th gear most times in the speed range 40-55kmph within the city. I am not happy with this mileage...How can i increase it ?

BTW, i ride on PWR mode...Will ECO Mode be any good?

False Reserve

what is false reserve. I filled my tank with 350 rs of petrol yesterday. I hae travelled only 20 kms and my bike is in reserve now. The first fuel indicator is still full and does not blink. I got almost 5 liters of petrol for 350. I am not sure how it came to reserve that soon.. I tried to change back to main after riding for 500 meters and after some time it again came to reserve?? I am confused. Is our reserve capacity not 3.5 litres. How come it takes 1.5 liters for 20 kms and my fuel indicator is still not blinking??

Seems the petrol bunk is getting more profit.

Check the mileage properly with 200-300 ml of petrol in a jar available in the sc. No other method is reliable.
Before that, ensure that the brakes, chain, air filter etc., etc. are in good condition and there is no fuel leak. After doing it, please post the result here.
PWR or ECO mode makes no difference in mileage or performance.

It seems that the fuel is not flowing freely. Clean the air vent of the tank. If the problem persists, there may be dirt somewhere in the fuel line. Get it cleaned. And lastly, if needed, clean the carburetor.

How was the gear problem solved?

dude right from childhood my name was krishna reddy i got used to it. so i will write my name like that.... what is the problem with that.... come on dude all are equal. all r human beings no caste or no religion will divide anybody.
