You are a genius, wasting all your time, energy and intelligence – all precious - here! How did you find out the top secret that it is camera trick?

Keeping the bike in good condition is a secret which I don’t like to reveal to anybody but you are best and the only friend of mine and hence I am revealing it.

Wash the bike once in every week using a good car shampoo such as ArmorAll wash & wax or Formula 1 carnauba wash & wax. Be sure that you are not buying fake products like Formula 1 USA.

(Before using the shampoo, pour some water all over the bike to remove the dust or any other abrasive particles from the bike).

After that, clean off the water, using a piece of dry soft cloth. Otherwise, there may be marks left over the bike.

Then, polish the bike using any good carnauba waxes such as ArmorAll STP, Formula 1 etc. Apply a thin coat of it, wait to dry and polish using soft cloth.

Repeat the washing every week and the polish it in every month or, if you are rich enough, every fortnight.

You have to chant a secret ‘mantra’ while doing all these. This is the ’mantra’ and don’t share it with anyone else: gulu guggulu guggulu.

Remember, it’s power is lost at the moment you share it with someone else.

If you are not satisfied after doing all this – there is a possibility for this – go to a good painting work shop and get the bike repainted.

Don’t forget the mantra; gulu guggulu guggulu. Best wishes – absolutely free.

I have sent you a message previously. Please let me know whether you have received it or not.

The water gets in to the tank at the time of washing. A small quantity may not be a problem, but may cause corrosion. Remove it at the earliest by the mechanic. In future, cover the lid of the tank with a piece of plastic carrying bag or anything like that while washing. Wash the bike yourself.

The jerking you experience is not due to the water in the tank, I think.

What is your riding style and mileage? I mean the mileage your bike gets. And, do these experts know ‘ashwahridaya’?

I cleaned it off once, but its appearing again, no its not water, its oily, and its appearing on the fin right below the spark plug, and on the side of the spark plug only, its not a lot, but still like to know if there's any leak in the engine or anything.
(bike has done 8700kms odo, 1 yr 10 months old)

Seems to be oil leaking through the head gasket; I think. Tightening the head bolts may solve the problem. Otherwise, replace the gasket.

            • Just waiting.........

My GS150R is the best bike I have ever owned for myself so far till now.
It has caused me the least of problems, saved my sorry pride and ruthlessness every-time and yet still I kept deserving for more from it.

Word has it that the GS150R model would go for change or upgrade or face-lift.
Whatever it is I am waiting what Suzuki does to the line-up of my beloved bike.

If they honor it so, I would exchange this trusted steed with them for its better future and go for the way they would honor this model.

If I feel that their upgrade or update of GS150R is not worth, then I am going to honor my beloved bike in such a way that it would become the most famous and fastest GS150R of India.

The aura my 1 yr old bike emanates is mesmerizing !!!!!

This bike of mine is going to be a 20bhp 6th geared redlining monster soon......so watch this space, I am already contemplating the prototype of the modifications I am going to apply.........awaiting dyno run and fine tuning of that modification on a Fiero......and it will work better on GS hopefully.

I would not divulge the details right now........it will come with a video after a couple of months.

My GS150R deserves far more than niggling issues associated with every bike.

not someone you may know.........not an Xbhpian, but an engineer and he is located in my city.

The modification promises 50% rise in Bhp from stock and 36% rise in torque from stock and as an icing on the cake,a stupendous rise in mileage too.But it comes as a package. The under trial Fiero now delivers close to 78 kmpl.

Everything else depends on what we get at the end of dyno-tuning.The Fiero has not cleared optimization yet.You can tell the tech is being refined for the GS150R.

I am also closing in on another modification fast, a full DC electrical system for my bike which would run Bixenon(both upper and dipper) megawhite(4300K) HID soon.

It takes more love to share the saddle than it does to share the bed.
