It happens every where bro.. Thank god that you are safe..!
I've got a doubt guys..
Feels like its a problem. I noticed it just now. I was out for a ride and came back and was about to park my bike. The headlight was on.
I could hear some tik tik sound from some where near the engine and for each tik tik the lights were blinking (dimming) and engine was missing a fire. The tik tik ws not continuous.
I tracked down for the sound and found that it was coming from near the spark plug. For each tik tik, a spark ws escaping from the plug to the engine wall. The spark penetrates the insulation covering to the engine wall. So i disconnected that part (insulation) and reconnected it. I also tried switching off the headlamps. But still the problem persists..! When i rev a bit, no spark escape was seen and no tik tik. It is seen only at idling. It seems like a problem of that insulation.
What shall be the problem guys?
By the way, my odo has clocked 105 km. I got the bike four days back.

This sound is due to the dust or sand between the brake pad and disc and need not be cleaned as it is not making any problem. Ignore it.

Thanks for the replies guys.
Lal salam too Madhu..
Today morning I checked again for the spark. The problem is gone, atleast for now!!! The only difference from yesterday was that, the engine was cold. I will check again after a ride. Lemme investigate a bit deeper in to the problem..
@vulcan
when you faced the problem, could you see sparks while the engine was cold?

It is a problem of the spark plug adapter (spark plug cap). Replacing it with the adapter of Zeus 125 will permanently solve this issue. Ask the service center manager to replace it under warranty.

The rusting fuel tank is always replaced by the service center, even after warranty period. So there is no need to contact the company. Ask the workshop manager or engineer to replace the tank. In case of refusal or unusual delay, contact the company.
Common practice is replacing the tank with same color one. So, changing the color may be a bit difficult but ask the manager or engineer.
