        Have you guys utilized the sticker offer, they put a lable behind one side of the motul bottle sticker, you can find the bulge on the lable peal off the lable to find the offer sticker what ever the amount mentioned is the discount price.

        On old motul bottles the offer lable is inside the motul bottle it may struck at the bottem of the bottle, after transfering oil to your bike take out the offer lable (safely placed inside a polythine cover) give it to the dealer and get the specificed amount as cash back.

          No am using Mineral oil Motul 15W 50 4T Plus oil.

          • Here is my method of modification-Part 2 of 2

            1.After making my stator coil as a full sine wave alternator at this stage i came to know one thing that the stator output voltage is between +(13-14.5) to -(13-14.5) V. but when this output is given to RR unit, RR will rectify input voltage and regulate it to a 12 to 13.5 Vdc(as we knew to charge a battery,the charging voltage should exceed the battery voltage. for example say 12V battery need atleast 13Vdc to charge the battery).

            2.But when the full sine wave is give to the RR the output i got was around 13-14Vdc but the current flow was very low



            3.To increase the current i just followed the below theory in different manner

            To Proof:
            GROWTH AND DECAY OF CURRENT IN AN LR SERIES CIRCUIT

            When a battery is connected across a "pure" inductance, the current builds up to its final value at a rate determined by the battery voltage and the internal resistance of the battery. The current buildup is gradual because of the counter emf generated by the self-inductance of the coil. When the current starts to flow, the magnetic lines of force move outward from the coil. These lines cut the turns of wire on the inductor and build up a counter emf that opposes the emf of the battery. This opposition causes a delay in the time it takes the current to build up to a steady value. When the battery is disconnected, the lines of force collapse. Again these lines cut the turns of the inductor and build up an emf that tends to prolong the flow of current.

            A voltage divider containing resistance and inductance may be connected in a circuit by means of a special switch, as shown in figure below. Such a series arrangement is called an LR series circuit.


            When switch S1 is closed (as shown), a voltage Es appears across the voltage divider. At this instant the current will attempt to increase to its maximum value. However, this instantaneous current change causes coil L to produce a back EMF, which is opposite in polarity and almost equal to the EMF of the source. This back EMF opposes the rapid current change. Figure shows that at the instant switch S1 is closed, there is no measurable growth current (ig), a minimum voltage drop is across resistor R, and maximum voltage exists across inductor L.

            As current starts to flow, a voltage (eR) appears across R, and the voltage across the inductor is reduced by the same amount. The fact that the voltage across the inductor (L) is reduced means that the growth current (ig) is increased and consequently eR is increased.

            4.Hence, the coil is divided and i took four outputs and this output is paralleled as two and given to RR(as shown in the below picture A+B is one end and C+D is other end to RR)


            5. Finally i got the better out from the stock coil itself(proof: readings of Ammeter is already posted)

            Note:
            1. My stock Stator coil has 12 Poles
            2.There is no internal Ground inside the Stator
            3.Ground is taken from the output of the RR unit(as body Ground)

            • What you did was in effect to get a equivalent coil with less number of turns but thicker windings.

              If the stock coil was grounded, and you ungrounded it, that in itself will double the DC output.

              Nice work.

              BTW, what's the voltage at idle? It should decrease just a wee bit compared to stock.

              And, that coil, without the RR unit connected can throw upto 90V easily without any load.

              • Rear License Plate Light

                Hello Friends

                I had replaced the Rear License Plate light with LED( same which i am using for Pilot Lamp)
                1. The picture shows a Very Low illumination on the License Plate


                2.This dimness is due to there is no Reflector inside the Lamp cover assembly(as in the picture)


                3.But the LED brightness is High when the Cover is removed


                4.So i Just sticked a piece of aluminum foil inside the cover(shown in the below picture)


                5. Then the result was better, even though Littel Darkness is there but compared to the first image this is clear to Read the License Plate

                  I connected a 40W bulb as Load to protect my measuring instrument (Multimeter) for safety reason, but i think measuring current or voltage without Load is not a proper method because the floating Voltage variation will give wrong answer

                    • For the past few days I am experiencing vibrations in the Instrument panel...it starts when I shift from 2nd to 3rd n respectively to higher gears at about 3500-4000 rpm....when I am accelerating...i have clocked 292km and completed first service..what is the problem guys

                      • I crashed my bike yesterday, it occurred when I was returning home in the evening from my works.

                        An auto-rickshaw driver jumped the redlight signal and wandered into the green lighted traffic of which I was part off at good speed of estimated 45 kmph and hit from sideways.

                        I am totally unhurt...........but the handle bar of my bike got twisted due to the impact, left side front indicator trashed and crash guard misaligned.

                        India is the home of the worst kind of drivers on the whole earth.
                        With their great sense of road discipline and self-imposed freedom ,the drivers of our road honors the lofty ideals of our great freedom-fighters in a way of its kind.

                        I do not know how some people are proud of this collapsing system.

                        The site of the mishap being a major crossing of the city was only being guarded by two traffic civic volunteers, that's all, no traffic sergeant or even police vehicles.The accused escaped like a thief.

                        I am feeling sorry about my bike and utter contempt for our proud system.

                                I usually Ride form my home to The Research center (almost 72 km away from my home) but some times i will go further more, Example today i ride about 280km
