ENKEI is a world famous brand for Alloy wheels. It manufactures alloys for both bikes and cars. They are of great quality and repute.

        1. The bike is really high. My feet were just touching the ground horizontally. Hope thats not going to be a problem. My height is 5'9".
        2. The bike is really heavy. I compared it with Zeus. Big difference. I know Zeus is lighter because of less cc and all, but still.. If the bike falls it is very difficult to lift on my own for a slimmy guy like me who weighs 65kg.

The observation may not be precise because I m a newbie to bike riding. Have driven dad's old heavy scooter though and learnt how to drive a bike 3 years back for license.

Ok.. Now please tell me actual rules to be followed to get optimum mileage and proper way to check mileage (I know reserve to reserve but I dont understand what that means). Thanks
hey i am also 65kg.. and skiny. i put down my bike on first day itself. and i lifted myself. without any problem.. this bike is heavy only in the papers.. so dont worry..

Yea job is good. Where do u live ? Do u know Shivaji statue at Kothrud ? Its near that into a gully. Go tilll Bhelke Nagar and ask anyone where is Gajanan Radium Arts. Actually any number plate maker should do that. Also u can have it from nana peth.

Cool Man. If you are sure that the Job is neat, i might go there tomorrow to get it done. Will give my Bike a nice Wash at Sagar Washing Center at Kothrud and then go for it. Is it near this Washing Center? Any Idea?
Before going there, i'll probably also enquire in Nana Peth where i got my Number Plates done.

I have not yet taken my Bike for a Wash there. Did get my Car Wash done there once. They do a Good work. Charge around 160 or 180 for a Car Wash. I got to know about this Washing Center from Team-Bhp. Has good reviews about it.

Am not very familiar with Kothrud Area. While coming from Kothrud towards Deccan or Garware, you have to pass Durga Cold Coffee House and it is on the Left Side Corner of where that one-way V-Road ends.

Nana Peth... its hardly a good place. Loads of fakes, cheaters, unfriendly, unprofessional, shop keepers, and not to mention the claustrophobic area... I avoid going there unless there is a v good reason. I'v found few better shops elsewhere.

What does this Sagar washing centre use for washing? Be careful about this guys... using cheap/low quality solutions which are acidic/caustic to wash your cars/bikes will degrade your paint finish and other parts like nothing else! Speaking from experience. Even my Hero Honda service centre used something bad... and you can immediately tell the difference!

I used to stay in that area for sometime and I must say that this particular washing center is one of the better ones that I have ever been to. The soap used is local and may harm the paint but you can carry a sachet and insist that they use the one that you provide. Their USP is the attention to detail and a lack of "chalta hai" attitude in general.
My bikes and car used to look a lot better and were cleaner when washed there.

Totally recommended for an end of monsoon wash
Never argue with an idiot. He will drag you down to his level and then beat you with experience.

                      • Which shampoos can you get in sachets? Have never seen car shampoo sachets in any shop.

Is the solution they (Sagar) use made specially for automobiles? Though this is no gaurantee that this is safe for use, it is a small consolation... lol!

Anybody has any idea how much they charge for a bike wash?

I use Amway Car shampoo and it is available in sachets.

Today, i replaced the stock Halonix Headlamp to a Philips 35W Germany Bulb. Purchased it from a Hero Honda Spares Shop in Nana Peth. Cost me 160 Bucks. Did not check with any other Shops for Price difference as i was in a hurry.
When asked for it's genuineness, he showed me the Philips Carton Box which comes with 200 of these Bulbs. The Bulb also has 35W Germany printed on it.

Believe me Guys the Hardest Part was to remove the Headlight Assembly and replace the Bulb. There are about 7-8 Screws that need to be removed to finally remove the Headlight Assembly. The Mechanic seriously got pissed off. :-)

Will test it tonight when i go out for a Ride.
160Rs. does seem steep price. The Osram Silverstar 55/60w bulb costs 175rs. Is there any noticable improvement?

And for bulb fitting, how much extra did he take? I prefer to give the bulb to the service center itself to fit it.
