        Step 1: Open Notepad

Step 2: Click on one person's message to quote

Step 3: Select his message, paste it into Notepad, like this:

Be sure to copy the open and close quote brackets, else it won't appear the way you want it to.

Step 4: After his end quote, type your message under it. No need of quote brackets for your message.

Step 5: Copy next person's message in the same way&paste under what you typed.

Hope you understood what I'm saying.
Btw, why did you give the bike a wash after the stickering was done?
Hey, i tried what InsaneBiker suggested and seems like it's gonna work.
Dunno as i am still composing the message.

I had actually planned to wash it first and then go for the Radium Work as the Bike had got dirty. But there were no lights at the Washing Center.
Anyways, i had to complement the neat Radium Work with a Wash.

Thanx Buddy. It turned out to be a lot simpler than i had imagined.

        • OK, enough of this multiquoting thing friends

          @abhi_gsr: awaiting the pics

Is the place close to Kothrud Suzuki? How to go from there? Because I am going there tomorrow for getting my number, so might as well sticker the ride up!

My theory is, stick with the color that company has used for advertising. For example, blue/black for Pulsar, Red for Flyte, Green for Caliber115, and for GS150R, orange and gray. Because company people are the creators, and if they selected a particular color, it is sure to dominate other colors

That's only my theory, though, and you are free to differ from it.

          • @animeher: Can you please tell me whats the on road price of GS 150R in Pune and also the list of accessories available or given with the bike???
Also is it advisable to buy a bike in monsoon or should i wait till september??

@abhi_gsr: Awaiting eagerly for the pics

            • @akhilrane: On road price is Rs.67570. Additional 1k discount on full payment. (Kothrud suzuki). The familycredit bank's 30k 0 interest loan is good scheme, read details posted by me few pages back.

Buy the bike anytime, no point in waiting just for the season. If you have other reasons to wait, then fine, but monsoon is no reason for postponing the buy. You *may* get some discounts in Diwali/Ganpati, but nothing is sure.

              • One of the Arts shop in Rajaji nagar , Bangalore were asking 350 Rs for the radium stickering job on wheels.

Anyone from bangalore please let me know if there any shop doing it for better price.

Some of the GS owners from Pune have done it for 80 bucks.

There's no such deal in chennai, I coughed up the full amount upfront and not even a single penny reduced from the quoted price of 67,800.

                  • ^^^You need to ask buddy They will reduce the price, depending on the bargaining capacity. Now that you have already paid it, nothing can be done, but in future, try this in every major purchase, be it a motorcycle, a tv, washing machine, dvd player or anything where major costs are involved. Just say what's the discount on full payment, and mention if there is no discount, you are not interested in getting a deal, and you may switch brand. Suzuki dealer earns 1500-2000 per bike sold, so better a 500-1000 profit than 0, they think

                      • @animeher: I did try bargaining but it was of no use and I have decided to stick with the original choice of colour, orange. Felt the orange was too garish to be ridden on road but then realised that this thought would'nt last longer maybe a month at the most.

                        • @donarun: In Pune, there are two showrooms, one Swargate and other Kothrud. Swargate Suzuki was not giving any discount at all, despite of long discussion. So I promptly said good bye, and bought the bike from the next dealer, Kothrud one. If he also would have rejected any discount, then I'd turn to local dealers (not suzuki showrooms).

And regarding orange, I too had doubts initially. But after deep thinking, I realize that buying any other color (for me) would be sacrifice, and each time I'd pass an orange one, I'd be jealous. THerefore finalized on orange only.

@speed deamon: This is shocking, that the showroom people give free cover to cover the dent! When I was taking the delivery of the bike, I noticed another orange GS with a dent at similar place you told, and I was freaked out imagining it to be mine! I don't know how you will prove it to them that the dent is not caused by you and was present while delivery.

This should be lesson to new buyers, inspect everything on the bike without any additional accessories on it. God knows the dealer might be hiding the dents below the free accessories!

Today, i too got the Radium work done on the Tyres.
                            Color : White.
Place : Gajanan Arts [Same Place from where Sagar got it done]
                            Price : 80 Rs.
                            End Result : Awesome.

First went to Sagar Washing Center for a Wash but unfortunately there were no Lights. So, went to the Radium Shop and got the Work done. Then went to the Washing Center and gave it a nice Bath and Polish. Charges are 40 Rs. for Washing and 50 Rs. for Polish.

They really do a very Good Job. The Product used for Polish was Jopasu. Neat work.

Hey akhilrane, Kothrud Suzuki guys are polite and nice with me... Haven't faced any issues yet, so can't say how they are in this case. Animeher also bought from this place. you know what Kothrud Suzuki is owned by Narayan Rane
Black is nice but my personal favourite is grey. Orange is also very good and looks very attracting..

Sorry buddy, i Dunno where Kothrud Suzuki is. So, can't give directions from there.

While coming from Deccan or Garware College towards Kothrud, there comes a Flyover. DO NOT Cross the Flyover and go underneath it.
Go straight and you will come to a small circle with somebody's statue.
Then the Road gets split to a V Type Road. You can either go left or right. If you go right, you will see a statue of Shivaji. Take left in the small lane just beside the statue. Then you have ask somebody for the exact location.
