Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Currently facing an issue in my TNT 300, temperature reading rises more than 100 and reaches to 110& more even for a short 10 km commute. Fan relay and radiator fan is working fine but the reading shows high. After I turn off the ignition the radiator fan runs during which the temperature shows 116, fan turns off after few seconds and the temperature shows 106. Anyone faced the same issue.
Is it due to faulty temperature sensor ?
Can I ride another 50km in this condition ?
Thanks in advance.Last edited by murali_db; 08-12-2017, 01:35 PM.Respect the brotherhood Ride for the one behind you, anyone can twist the throttle. When you are in need be responsible.

Hey buddy, though i own a Tnt 25 but faced similar issue due to faulty temperature sensor. Please visit service center earliest possible and try to avoid riding for much longer duration or in heavy traffic till then.Originally posted by murali_db View PostCurrently facing an issue in my TNT 300, temperature reading rises more than 100 and reaches to 110& more even for a short 10 km commute. Bro thanks for the reply, as i mentioned earlier the Radiator Fan and fanRelay switch is working fine so as you said i thought it must be temperature sensor issue. But I missed to mention that the coolant which was toppedUp last month has reduced a lot, it looks like there is some problem in the Coolant Pump. Took it to the service center and they have told the same, waiting for availablity of parts to be replaced under warranty.Respect the brotherhood Ride for the one behind you, anyone can twist the throttle. Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Having oil leak from stator cover packing, in the brand new TNT 300 bike. Spoke with the service team and had ordered for a stator cover packing, at warranty. Hope anyone doesnot get this problem. Unfortunate to wait for spares to arrive. I have clocked just 550 kms or so.

That bolt can be taken out, you have to take the bike to lathe machine. They will take the remaining part of bolt out.Originally posted by samhassanHey helo gys...um a silent follower of this thread nd i found ppl wid immence knowledge about their machines especialy "brokenbinil nd experimentalhead".
