Very surprising. I suggest do not do any thing other than contacting the service station.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Somehow I missed this reply from you Arpit. Many congratulations to you brother. Bonnie is an awesome bike and with that paint job, its even more classic. Wish you many miles of smiles on this ageless beauty. Do kick start an ownership thread whenever possible.Originally posted by higgins View PostInstead, I ended up buying a used Triumph Bonneville T100 (only 5k clocked) from Triumph Chandigarh.
That's alarming brother. I suspect something wrong with the clutch cable or clutch plates. Please do visit SVC as soon as possible and do let us know what was the problem. How old is your bike again?Originally posted by iBlaziner View PostMy bike isn't moving in sixth gear just making revving sound as if I'm holding clutch please guys help me out you can ping me on WhatsApp +918088880618

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
When you say "My bike isn't moving in sixth gear", I guess you mean, when you are riding, at higher gears, when you twist the throttle, only RPM increases along with the sound, but motorcycle does not gain speed. Following could be points of failures:Originally posted by iBlaziner View PostMy bike isn't moving in sixth gear just making revving sound as if I'm holding clutch please guys help me out you can ping me on WhatsApp +918088880618
1. Clutch cable. I had above mentioned issue and root cause was worn out clutch cable, replacement of which fixed the issue. It was stock clutch cable used over 2 years 4 months for around 28K Kms.
2. Worn out clutch plates.
Just hope that it is not second one as it may burn a hole in your pocket.Last edited by experimentalhead; 09-25-2017, 10:56 PM.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Gear 6 must have worn out or there is a shift drum issue. Have it checked asap as it can lead to a gearbox failure soon.Originally posted by iBlaziner View PostMy bike isn't moving in sixth gear just making revving sound as if I'm holding clutch please guys help me out you can ping me on WhatsApp +918088880618My BiKe DoEsN't LeAk OiL, iT mArK's ItS TeRriToRy !

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Hi Guys
Any one of you have Workshop Manual (or Service Manual) for TNT 300 or BN 302 or any other brand name of TNT 300. Even if you have the link for downloading the file it is OK.
Also I am looking for wiring diagram also if any one has.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Hello All - I'm new to the site. I found out about this site/thread while searching for information about my TNT300. I just recently moved to Honduras to teach English and while looking for a suitable moto I discovered this bike. More info to come regarding my bike and the upcoming mods. So far I have 1300km on it, so it's still in the running-in period. So far so good, with just a few small things I'll be looking to fix. Nice to meet you all.
Here are some images of my lovely steed. The dealership and at my first fill up at the gas station:

Thanks! I come from riding naked bikes in the USA so once I saw this bike I was in love. I've always wanted a trellis-framed bike too, so it was all more the reason for me. This bike was the demo bike from the dealership, so I imagine that they added the decals and things to make it look as appealing to customers as possible. I bought it with just over 1000km on it and the first service already done, as well as very generous discount.

Re: Benelli TNT 300 Ownership Experience
Took my first trip on the bike yesterday. It was about 180km from the capital to Comayagua, which consisted of smooth asphalt through multiple mountain passes. One of my favorite roads in Honduras. Lots of 80-100kph long sweepers. I only revved to 8k rpm due to the run-in period. Overall pretty satisfied with the bike. Suspension needs a little tuning and I'm anxiously awaiting my luggage system and windscreen. It's due next week. Power seems adequate. I'm curious to see what it's like above 8k rpm.
On the way home I found the highway shut down. A fuel truck had flipped and caught fire. After an hour of waiting I was let by with a group of other riders. Cars were still stopped. It's great to be a rider!
