          Guys I have a doubt.
I know that tyre air pressure increases when surrounding temperature increase. But till how much can it increase or decrease?
Because i refill petrol weekly once and check air pressure i fill R32/F26 normally.
2 days after riding a long of 70km+ i checked air pr it showed Front 32 and Rear 36. i fill up air in Shell petrol bunk.
So should i fill up 2Psi more or less every time as correction factor.
i live in bengaluru and temp is quite cool here.
Thanks in advance for any replies.

I don't know about that... But in the Summers the hot air expands so people fill less pressure on their tire..... But during Winters people fill more....
For eg . In our car my brother fills 35 psi overall during Winters... And 30 psi overall during Summers...

                Need help
I gave my bike to service today.
Got a call from technician claiming that the clutch plate assembly is damaged and needs to be replaced.
I asked whether covered by warranty.
Got NO as a answer. Is this true ?

Why do they say so? They want to replace the entire assembly and their quote is? Do you have any symptoms like poor mileage, pickup, difficulty shifting or clutch slipping? How many kms on Odo? I hope you are not a rash driver/aggressive rider, if yes, then replacing clutch plates in 20-30k kms is something expected. AFAIK, the normal wear-and-tear items are not covered under warranty. This would include the clutch plates (steel & friction), clutch cable, chain kit, etc.

Hiiii honda family, I had recently joined in honda family through CB hornet 160r , it was my first bike and love of my life. I had completed just 680kms on date. I had observed an issue with front portion that there is some abnormal woobling sound from front portion but the thing is I don't know exactly where it was coming from whether it is from tyre or axle or frorks or due to looseness of any bolt and i had also abserved something is in shaking condition, and that type of woobling sound is coming while ridding on the rough roads only. so if anyone had same issue just like me and if they had solution for it please help me. Thank you

                      Hello guys,

My hornet produces a lot of vibrations after 60-65kmph.
I thought it would go away after some time, but I'm still facing the same issue even after one year.
My brother has Gixxer, and it doesn't produce any vibrations even at 80kmph and remains steady throughout.
What would be the problem ?

Be happy and a reason will come along !

                        Hi Ashwath

They have replaced the clutch plate assembly and not the clutch plate.

Got the bike delivered now. Reason given is not changing engine oil after 5 K KM's.
I usually used to get it changed at 6 K KM's.
                        Which is as per manual.

So now I am bit skeptical on this number.

My current ODO is 25680 KM's.

Things replaced are chain sprocket, spark plug, air filter, clutch assembly,
                        Both brake pads.

I did not have any issues in pick up and others as mentioned by you.

One more part that needs replacement is cone set, which the ASC is advising to change in next service.

Overall service cost is 7,500 RS.

Get your cone set inspected, even I have and had the same issue and it was solved temporarily after adjusting the cone set.
Now I have been advised to get it replaced.

Yes, I agree with you, the change interval is 6k, which is a *minimum* requirement and manual doesn't mention oil one has to use, the synthetic 'Throttle' or the mineral. It is not the customer's headache to choose the oil. If it is a manufacturing defect, you should not be charged for the entire assembly. I hope they returned the old/damaged parts - some SVCs in Chennai still do it (or) on insisting.

Except clutch assembly, all replacements are fine and routine, so don't worry about them. My hunch is that they have a service bulletin asking them to replace the c/assembly in vehicles where they detect a problem (vibration, abnormal noise); or, they were simply trying to make some money. All being said, I did come across one video on YT of an Unicorn 160 with abnormal clutch noise (As claimed by the uploader).

That's a huge bill . Why don't you try mailing Honda's Service Support through their website and ask for a refund?

As you have not done more KM's in your bike. After the cone set adjustment your issue will be resolved.
