The sound might be from this idiotic plate sitting on your rear sprocket. Check out my blog post here:

You can get a new sprocket, and make sure that the new one does not have this plate (Or remove it if it does). That way, you have two sprockets: 1) Noisy OEM one and (2) Silent after-market one.
Keep #2 in use and #1 only in cases where you might need to claim warranty.

Disk Break is getting deep lines, means, break/disc alignment is messed up. Was there any accident?
Even, after two year I don't see any line.

Crystal clear . There are some scratch marks on rotor filter cover and clutch - may be SVC cleaned the strainer during first service?

How can we guess, your bill will mention a part number -> one can find out from that. Your odo is a bit less for any bearing replacement but it happens, for eg, a heavy jolt to the front suspension like taking a surprise pothole at high speed can damage the front wheel bearing (s).
Yes that happend 2 times , while driving at high speed i took big path hole 2 tims and fell from bike once, so that might cause ? and also they didn't charged me anything and no bill. weired but true. some one told me engine also have bearing so that may ?

All the major shafts of the engine have a bearing to reduce friction - they usually last the life of a cylinder-piston kit (70k-1 Lakh kms) or more, and are changed only during engine rebuild. They might have just adjusted the steering bearing, regreased the wheel bearings or did a warranty replacement. Insist on a bill always (even if the service cost is 0 INR).

No. SVC did not clean the strainer during first service. In fact they refused to clean the strainer as according to them it isn't needed till clutch plate replacement and when they were told that it was mentioned in the owner's manual they told me that it was meaningless. At 11k plus km also they did not seem interested to open the clutch cover. Honda Service Centres are only interested in Activa.
How the scratch marks occurred l have no idea, certainly not done by me. As far as my knowledge is concerned, the clutch cover is opened for the first time and that too by me since buying my Hornet.

Check/adjust clutch free play to company specification/owner's manual.

So, I just received the Iridium Spark Plug which I ordered couple of days back. Initially installed the Twin Head Spark Plug which TVS sells for their Apache 160/180 but using it for a week the performance didn't seem to be increased by any means so thought of going with the Iridium one.

NGK CPR8EAIX-9 (Online link can be found under the Description of the Video).

Below is comparison video for Spark Plug I've used so far,

Also you can compare the Copper one with the Iridium yourself (Note: I'm changing the Spark Plug after almost 2+ years of usage and 17000+ on ODO, Also I've Fully Synthetic oil inside my engine ... So performance may slightly differ in your case).

Conclusion: Minor knocking issues related with engine can be easily solved plus more performance on the go with good milage (obviously Because complete combustion as compared to before) and Oh Boy the engine feels like it has just left the factory.

If you've ₹650 to spend on improving the performance of your Bike, Definitely go for it.

First and foremost i drained the oil before any operation...

Applied the new gasket with the help of anabond gasket sealant with thin layer on both surfaces of cover as well as case... The gasket seemed a good quality one ... Maybe cardboard or tin... Don't know but definitely not thin paper type gasket...
Reattached the cover and poured new oil...

The oil is yamalube 10w40 costing ₹405...

The old Honda FS oil after draining.... turned dark and mucky after 3k kms...
Anabond gasket sealant is not required at all as it may block the oil channel\hole. I have also cleaned the strainer and the centrifugal filter myself but not changed the gasket(s) as these were in quite good condition. There's no leakage at all.

Any tire recommendations? Done 16k on the stock ones. Punched a hole with a 4 inch long and 0.25 inch wide metal piece at around 8k. Issues were there ever since, but nowadays, I'm losing pressure more frequently.

These Zappers were horrible on the slightest bit of mud. I basically do 70% street, 20% gravel/dirt and 10% mud commutes on average.

                            Which tires would be better?

During my bike run-in time (500 KM),i was maintaining the bike within 4000 RPM and i was getting a whopping 55 KMpL. But then it was decreasing gradually.
Now i have completed 26000 KM, the time i checked i was getting almost 45 KMpL.

so, i thought let me do one test. I completely emptied my tank and filled up with 10L of petrol.
I maintained that i dont drive above 5000 RPM. (even though i did had some blast few times). I was able to complete 470 KM with my tank getting over.

One thing i like to know, the first time i was in semi-syntetic oil and the last time i was in Full-synthetic oil.
Even though the keeping the RPM within 4000 RPM, in both the times, the only change i can think of is Engine Oil (as well as the age).

I recently changed my tire from Zappers to Mrf Masseter after some reading here and in internet. The Tire is good for cornering. For stability wise, i liked the Stock ones. Overall i am happy with Masseter and for the front i changed it to Mrf RevZ
