      My Scooty       is about to complete 30k kilometer so i was planning to bring it back to it's original condition
      few things i planned

      • replace spark plug
      • new self start motor(current one is not working)
      • engine and gearbox flush
      • semi synthetic oil for engine and synthetic for gearbox(Please suggest which oil to use )
      • new brake pads
      • new accelerator wire
      • carburetor cleaning
      • clutch inspection



      please add anything if i am missing or correct me

      problems:
      Huge Vibration
      Loud Engine Noise
      No smoothness at all
      Engine Power loss
      Sluggish Pickup
      Low Mileage

      Final List Of Spares That Needs Replacement(      I Dont KnowThere Estimate Costs Can Any Please Tell Me..) :

      I Am Afraid That If I'll Ask The ASC To Change These Parts They Will Only Change Brake Pads And Engine Oil And Add Them All To The Bill..
      So I Wish To Get Them From The ASC And Get Them Changed By A Mechanic In Front Of My Eyes.

                    Help needed!
                    I have changed my 180s throttle cable. Now the acceleration varies when i turn the handle. Can somebody please post a pic. So that i can adjust the passage of cable.(near the throttle grip Through the gap between the headlight and console) Mine is 2010 model.

                      Do you have freeplay on throttle? If not then adjust it for 1cm and then your problem is gone :-)

                            By chance water enters the silencer during a wash or rains then the water drains through that small opening
