I think its the X21.
So what TVS are doing is releasing an Apache, upgrade if you may, 210-220cc, good power output, new engine.
Mono Shock, Bigger tyres and ABS as option of course.

the bigger capacity ones will be the Draken - 250 CC, stunner of a bike, that wont be out till 2016-17.
hence, to keep Apache name fresh they are releasing a major update.

**UPDATE**
My steed is now 7 months. Still rides like new. Absolutely in Love with my black matte 180. My riding is very limited. I Just go to my college and back. But no college since last 2 months. Pre-Exam holidays. Running is absurdly low. ( i know it will be cursing me. Got into the hands of a sleeper. Lol ). Bike is lot more free revving now after 3rd service. Still using Tvs oil. No complaints. As oil get changed way before its death. Happy with the stock remora tyres. The vibrations have come down also. Bike is happy between 65-85. I hardly exceed that.
FACTS
Odometer-3710.
Mileage- around 45.
Problems - well none so far.
** In other news xbhp thank you ride will reach bhubaneswar tomorrow. We will be meeting them on the outskirts of the city. Then we would ride together to their hotel. Will check out the benelli bikes.

Wow!! Good news for Apache aficionados . I still remember those long months of waiting to get my hands on the new RTR only to be greeted with disappointment when they launched the 2012 model. I was really hoping for a power upgrade but excrutiatingly, it wasn't so. I hope this time there won't be any disappointments. Hoping they release it soon!

If someone riding behind You can also notice it easily, it is definitely not a pressure issue. I ride Mine at high pressure(30/32) and still rides fine. Do get the wheel adjustment checked thoroughly, and state that it was the reason for accident.

If the info about tyre is correct, the bike better have a upgraded cc and power, else bike will feel powerless.

Yes I did,BT even after so many questions they told there could be slight increase in power

.Regarding releasing told me it may take few more months...

Hello
i Have a RTR 180 one year old bike i have issues with mileage, kick start and self start. I have used old version RTR 180 for three years and got a fuel mileage of 47kms.
Tvs has changed my tps, cdi, carburetor, starter motor, battery connector wire but the problem is not solved. I cant start my bike in one kick, even it comes to life it barely manages, If you shut the bike for half an hour and self start it its always running the starter motor an extra round. PLEASE HELP ME because i AM otherwise GIVING MY BIKE BACK TO TVS and i love it too much.

Guys please help! My bike turns off when i accelarate.. It idles for some 10-15 secs and then goes off.. Tried many times.. Nothing

Oh.....need not to worry buddy . Its a common issue with our apaches and it actually happened with my beast on a lot of occasions .
Just go to any ordinary mechanic and ask him to adjust the rpm to above 1 or wherever your bike is able to grudge

without turning off . Just a minor issue , don't worry :thumbup:

Hi, guys, I'm planning to buy a new bike, my choices are Fazer fi v2 and Apache 160. Regarding Fazer my concern is higher price. Regarding Apache, well I'm 5ft11' and 55 kg. Is it suitable for my physique, concerned about the back/wrist pain and vibrations. And Are they still producing the old model 160(
