hmm thats quite awesome , so far i've completed around 300km mark and my mileage is around 37.5km/L to be specific (tried via the reserve to reserve)
i rarely go above 80 but other times i dont cross 45-50, should i be worried about my mileage ? and my first service is due on the 500km mark.

Isn't that labour bill a wee bit on the higher than expected?? General service is 250?!!

And @shadowknight: First 1000km dont frequently take it over 50kmph(thats necessarily 4k RPM). That mileage is on the expected side only. It will improve as the engine sets in. Plus, shaby has been riding the RTR like a monster. Completing 10k in a stretch of 4 months. That gives his ride a very consistent break-in. So much riding inside of the run-in period will do the vehicle good!

                  • got my bike serviced for the first time yesterday
                    performance - a bit increased
                    and is now smooth

but friends getting a reaaly irritation soung from the engine
and the service guy said"bike garam ho gyi hai isliye tappets awaaz kar rahe hai its normal" well i think he couldn't rectify the prob. par jab bike 1 ghante ke liye band rehti hai aur uske baad jab chalata hu toh awaaz nahi aati.

i dont know what this but the sound is surely coming from the engine.
any one to solve my prob.

                    pickup is fine
stability is good mileage is about 38...

                              • According to company 28 and 32 psi are standard, so should not cause any wobbling. The cause of wobbling must be other than tyre pressure for sure.
