    You can shift to Shell anytime you want as it is way better than TVS TRU4 BUT it might void your warranty.. My advice , keep using the TRU4 till you complete 10-12k km or warranty period..

        Better, use tru4 oil till you complete your free service, if you want to use shell then you can drain the tru4 oil after your second service and put shell oil from any mechanic. Dont put shell oil in tvs svc and better buy shell oil from shell petrol pump only. Many fake products are available in market.

        My advice is better stick to tru4 till your free service are completed or you can use mineral oil of other brands. Dont go for semi synthetic or fully synthetic till 6k kms.

                The current TVS TRU4 oil is emi-synthetic and no more mineral oil. But as you said its better to stick with stock oil until free service is over.

                Digital speedo assembly will cost you nearly 2750/-. The head light housing will cost you nearly 700/-. If you meant reflectors+headlamp then it will cost more.

                    Thank you... I did mean the whole assembly.. Reflector, plastic covering, clamp & the blackened wind deflector.. It should be around 2500??

                      Got my bike back. It feels really really crisp. The power delivery is instant. Power seems to have increased a lot. Running it in. Shall post updates on performance soon!

                          The speedometer assembly costs 3300/- . The headlight housing costs 635/- ,visor- 351/-(everything excluding taxes), the kit bracket and the sub assembly will cost another 700/- . The reflector and the headlight should cost within 1200/- not very sure on this alone , am sure about the rest ,had to change those parts after an accident a couple of months ago .

                              Guys. Anyone with new RTR(2013) facing issues with the beast eyes? The eyes on my beast have dimmed out and the guys at the SVC said I'd have to buy the entire headlight assembly! :O

                                Aren't those LEDs? I feel you need to pry open the head lamp and reflector apart. Then, one SHOULD be able to access them LEDs.
