Nearing 60k , and it would be 5years in November.
Showing signs of old age now. First gear at low speeds there is noise from the gear box, the illuminated key hole is breaking off, rust on exhaust and oil seep from head is common.

Pheewww the promise of getting my White Devil Leh'ed is looking dicey now

55,000 km and 3 years old... (Standing still since last 09 month for most of the time, covered only 1000 km in last 09 months), still no sign of age. Reliable as anything can be. no Major issue so far, all I do is change plastics here and there to make it look good :P

And I sold it yesterday... this is last week for me with Apache *Being Emotional*

She will be missed... my trusted companion... bid Adieu

Hope the Luck continue with me forever... One of the major reason of my bike being reliable & strong is " I have always been a stock lover" no mods no aftermarket stuff..

Only options I had was either to replace the tank scoops (because the clamps were a part of the tank scoops) or stick them with feviquick [emoji14] I chose the latter.. Till now its holding well.
Anyway, how much do the semi fairing cost on the new model rtr's?
Use araldite or fevitite for sticking. They holds much better than feviquick

Sad to hear that you had to let go your steed.
Hopefully the benelli will bring new & exciting twin cylinder memories.

Here it might go as OT.

Sunday proved to be quite happening.
Was thinking of a top speed early morning. So as soon as I entered DND Flywaym rge okae thats onthe exhaust pipe near kick starter went loose so stopped and took out my tool kit to tighten it. As soon as rotated one nut, it broke, half nit is still in the groove and the head came off. So did a temporary fix by tying a broken clutch cable that I found there, to the plate and the exhaust pipe and then went on to touch 124kmph.

When I returned home everything was fine but later in evening the bike refused to start. as if the rpm is very low. Changed the rpm screw and it started at 4k rpm and since then its fluctuating, getting weird noises of valves.

Now I am sure I want something that can bear my torturing, f.i and liquid cooled engine is must now. Something that is good for touring and can be taken to track once in a while. I wont mind degrading and hot rodding it

Why downgrade ?? I am in a very similar situation as you, nearing 80k kms on ODO n want a bike of similar taste as you ,just that I am waiting to upgrade ,saving up for it ! Save up n upgrade brother , no other bike can quench the Rtr kind of thirst, and yes as our bike ages ,loads of problems start to come up :-(
