Downgrade because I have to buy a second set of 4 wheels , and then plunge into the darkness of married life (why god why???!!!)
But seriously, RCs are out of question, the type of touring I do, RCs cant do that, plus tank size of Duke's are big no no.
Nakeds dont interest me anymore, so left with CBR250 from current market. But then again its dated now, was expecting a 300 from them.
Then comes R3, I will go mad paying 3.5lc for that one.

I hope at Auto Expo we get some good news in 200-350cc segment

My RTR 180's rear shocks are leaking. How much does it cost to replace them?
Also I have heard about people using p220 rear shocks for RTR 180,for more comfort. Will it make ride more comfortable?Potholes are hurting my back a lot
I have seen RTR modified for rally using dirt track handle bars(like the ones we now see on many bullets).I am thinking of fitting it for a more upright stance.Share any information. Thanks

I have heard it viceversa. people of p220, using rtr shockabsorbers for more comfort, as the p220 shocks are more on the softer side.
By the way to answer you question, RTR shocks cost 1600/per piece.

Another option is to try the gs150r shocks, which looks very identical to RTR's as the both of them made by GABRIEL, and it costs 1200/per piece.

Can someone tell me what is that afr (no of turns) for THE NEW RTR 160. i have messed up my afr screw, and i want to know the no that comes with the stock machine.
I have a doubt whether it is 2 or 2.5.

Valves, timing chain replaced? What was the cause of this sudden problem?

No idea, only the head was leaking which is normal for RTRs, even the tappets were not making any noise. But few hours after the speed run it went haywire. This is last visit to svc, had enough of problems, it served me very well for all these years. Hope it completes its 5th birthday with me.

                            Hi guys,
                            Update on Motul 5100 15W50:
I've run the bike for 220 kms after i changed the oil to motul and i have to say it's a really good substitute for our beloved AX7. I found it to be better than shell in some departments.
                            Pros:
1.Gearshifts are butter smooth. You'll just love it!
2.Once the oil warms up, the bike responds amazingly to throttle inputs.
                            3. Very less vibrations.
                            Cons:
                            1. As it is a 15w50 oil, it takes some time to warm up.
5100 is priced at Rs.545/litre which is a bit on the higher side compared to ax7 but i felt that it's really worth that extra penny!
