    Look what i found a few days ago. Its poorly maintained. Anyway, its nice to see that some other joys are also in existence.

      Hahah, thats nowhere close to the joy on this thread, the only place you might find another one is in heros inventory or archive
      Man if I found a second hand one cheap I would buy it.

          That is wonderful.

          By the way, have you read this? A passion plus and a 1988 model cd100 goes to leh. That log made me stunned that our little engines could perform this much better.

            Good, and it is not that i am the only extint owner of Joy. There are many joys in bhubaneswar also.

            And give that joy to me and in seven days i will turn it into factory piece.

            Thanks for the compliments. My joy, heck there is no bike in my sight till now that will be maintained like my Joy. Still puts many bikes to shame even new bikes and will any day feel better to ride than my extreme.

            Those who doubted the splendors engine or hero bike are fools and nothing else. My Joy is a testimony as at 3.75 lacs km will beat new bikes in looks and also performance.

            Do not think he will be alone soon i will join him on my Joy and it will be another record that a 100 cc bike with near 4 lacs on odo to complete saddle soar.

              I found one more Joy near raipur , also found a real mint Joy in bhilai which has done only 30K kms , Also did you know sibun has already reached moon in his joy as its 3.56L kms and he has done nearly 3.8L kms.. Chaand par pahuch gye ho ji

                  Today i was going to college on my dad's passion pro, then rain started and i found a shelter in a closed shop and started ride when rain stops. But there was a random missing from the bike. It stopped 2 times and after a few kicks starts but the missing was still present. On evng checked the spark plug it was brownish but there was oil content on the threads.. Also checked the carb for any air leakage and it is fine. So guys what will be the problem??

                    Oil on threads can be something real big like piston and rings failing or something simple as oil condensate on the threads if the oil is overheating.

                    Bike missing in rain happens to a lot of guys I could never pinpoint it, but in my cases it was due to following, engine gets cold, water in tank, water in air filter or even some electrical issue

                    My exhaust has a weird problem it gives off white smoke when water goes into it

                      Start with following checks

                      1. Is plug upper are oily and do you get bit of smoke from exhaust??
                      2. The cap of spark plug can be a culprit. Is it red one or black one ?
                      3. Rain water getting inside filter is almost impossible unless very poorly maintained
                      4. Finally swap key with unused one and try again .

                        1.Plug upper are not oily only the threads
                        2.cap is black
                        3.filter part is ok
                        There is a bit of smoke on cold starts occasionally.

                          Bike runs only 18k. So i guess the piston and rings are ok. Also my dad rides only below 50 kmph and never ripped the bike. It is properly maintained and i had taken care of the running in period.

                            Smoke is white or black ? After engine is warm , give near 80% throttle and see whether smoke comes , how much on odo i forgot to ask ?? . Plug cap might be faulty , change to oe black one if not swiss or anu make. If plug has done 10-12k change it too

                              Oil in plug is mostly oil condensate so nothing to worry but the smoke you mention gets me thinking. White or black?
                              In cold piston rins are contracted and hence oil can pass through and get burnt whereas when its hot the rins expand and seal well, this was told to me in this very thread I think for my bike and it actually true, but my bike is over 80k kms on the odo yours is not. At 18k it should not happen, what engine oil are you using

                                Smoke is white. Bike has run 18k. Plug was changed at 14k
