I dont think it'll blew up it surely have different power wire where u can give direct dc supply.
I also thought to install on my bike, but its too costly for me to afford.

Does the bike stall even after increasing the idling rpm ? Is you AFR correct ? Improper AFR and change in humidity will make the AFR mixture wrong.

If anyone wants to know what is inside it - ....
I always want to know what is inside it ...
No stall is happening only when I am coming down to low gear with clutch and the throttle is closed or almost closed and brakes applied . i.e low rpms . Never when accelerating or opening up throttle or riding steadily . It is happening only after bike is throughly wet , like it has been parked in rain for hours - which happens with my bikes all the time . My idle rpm is also set a bit low - 800-900 at almost cold engine . It is possible that the humidity and cold rain is making the engine cold and the idle rpm even lower - too low to sustain , possible ? Anyway I shall have to look at the carb now .

      Yeah , my 2010 Splendor+ AFR is by Air-Screw , and CBZ-x is Fuel-Screw .
      2006 CBZ-x has DC cdi ??

I and sibun have discussed your problem over PM and he thinks that you problem is due to blocked idle/slow jet.
When the bike fell some petrol overflowed out through the breather/drain tube while some petrol made its way into the other parts of the carburetor and blocked the passages.
Please clean the carburetor before you check anything else.
Posting it on behalf of Sibun as he is busy.
Yeah , I already promised to do that asap .

Thanks for the pin-out diagram - even I could instantly recognise the CDI pinout now .
New Splendor-Pro has switches for both headlight-flashing and a kill switch on the left . It would be a direct fit mechanically . You are the connections guy .. so you figure those out .

The list of items in my car's toolkit is endless....
I have the standard things there . Just added a #8 open spanner and 2 feet of silicone-rubber tube like those used for fuel-tube and on the crankcase breather valve. A petrol thief once yanked out all those tubes and threw them away and bike wouldn't start , so I keep spare now . Also I replaced the dud two-end screwdriver they gave with the nice one from my old yamaha kit . The plug wrench is different size from yamaha's else I'm looking to replace that too with better one , the one they gave needs to be grabbed with a spanner to turn - no lever handle .
Also I added the following to the first aid-kit there - sealed phial of mercurochrome 4% aq , small roll of sterilized cotton-wool , extra cotton gauge, adhesive bandage roll, small piece of soap, paracetamol tablets, antacid tablets , antibiotic tablets, nausea tablets . I always have a leatherman micra with me too . I keep these since quite a few times I have had to stop and pick up a fallen biker and patch him up best I could on the road, before taking him to better treatment .

Your kit is better than mine,I don't have a first-aid kit at all.
Thanks for reminding me that a first aid kit is very important.

Are you sure that new pro has a engine kill switch ?
Does the new switch assembly come with push to cancel indicator switch ?
I may also change the LH switch assembly to newer pro switch assembly because my current indicator switch has become so smooth that when I cancel left indicator, right indicator gets engaged and it cause a lot of confusion to traffic behind me especially when riding in streets.
Also pass-light can be enable by some wiring mod.

        • 90% sure , since I have seen it few months ago .... you can easily check that from a HH showroom . Tell them that you wanna buy a Splendor-pro and let them explain the switch features .
Press to cancel trun-indicator switch is 100% there . Also this same switch assembly is used on many Honda bikes including the CBR150 . Ditto same .. I think honda is sourcing theirs either from Hero or the same suppliers . Yah , I too made lots of confused guys bump into things as I would leave the turn indicator on after use . That's why I got the beeper last month .

When you found post result about that handle bar switches of p135 .

What that CHOR switch is for ?

Can you post picture of those tools , specially that multi-function fold-able pliers .

              I use Adjustable Spanner mostly

& the screw driver which come with my Passion ( it is of best quality compared to what i got in ZMR )
I have a box of changeble screw drivers ( mobile one ) , Another 3 different box of changeble screw drivers ( bigger one's for bikes cars ) & have spanner from #7 upto #20 . In open type , ring type , t shape type etc . And the list goes on .
Also the #7 spanners is used mostly as Horn bolts & nuts are of that size

And will be getting this set soon

I think it is the first INDIAN service manual for Indian bikes, but it does not contain the procedure to re-build/overhaul the engine, may be it is meant for every owner to have it along with the owner's manual .

Regarding engine overhauling manual i am slowly writing a book on splendor series engine and will next write on extreme/hunk.Once i write i will type it in word format and also add the required pictures and will give all a soft copy. But it will take time.
Today i washed my joy after one month. It was raining here for last one month and I visit 4-5 sites daily for work related matters. Today was off and since weather was sunny i washed my joy and it took me 2 hours to wash. The whole bike was applied car shampoo and left for 15 minutes to soak and then each parts was cleaned one by one.My work place that i visit is such that it looks like only tractors can go through it. Tomorrow after returning from gym at 7 AM i will polish and wax the bike. Didn't get to wash the CBZ extreme as it is having a free service in next 3 days. The extreme is also heavily dirty and the ASC will have a hell of time.
Some photos of my work site and you will get an idea:-

                            that is my extreme.
These pictures were taken on a dry day. Once it rains you will see the condition. Let me get a photo when it is raining.
