@pinaki jee which according to you is a mild car shampoo? I've never used one before. I always use a little bit of surf while washing my bike. So, some recommendations of mild car shampoo will be useful.

. Like everyone said , you have to remove that disintegrating layer somehow(and carefully) and apply a good hard wax and polish hard .

etc etc . Once such damage has accumulated over a period you'll never get it back to shine like Sibun'Jee's Joy ... however hard you may try .
