The local mechanic dismantled the whole fairing & with a ample amount of 1 day effort finally he was able remove it from the pilot light compartment.

I will do a DIY tomorrow using a simple wire and fevi quik. Hope it works. Don't want to touch the fairing panels. I will only open the black plastic surrounding the speedo. Let's see.

The left front indicator bulb conked out. I was replacing it and subsequently thought of checking pilot lamps if they're loose. They weren't but my over enthusiasm meant one of them slipped inside the casing. :|

Finally got my hands on a pair of these. Difficult to get these here in guwahati. Though u get Motul everywhere. [emoji23]

They aren't coming out. I simply took out the other pilot lamp too. I've only last week tightened all screws in the fairing. I won't dare touch it now.

My dad once did that on my ZMA, a piece of used bubble gum and a metal wire is all it takes. Happy hunting

Spent some time shining my bike. I wanted the reflection of opposite building on the truck and hence skipped morning chores and got on the task at hand.

Yeah, and you should see him during the speed run. Its like he's put in another cylinder or something. I'll be doing 100-110 and he would have disappeared. And after a while you'll find him waiting for you. Lol! And its a mystery how he gets such good mileage figures!! Ha ha ha. There are only certain sections where you can go fast.
By August, you mean August 31st? I'm also keeping busy nowadays. Want a break soon. Also, I'm irritated with the daily dose of rainfall and its associated havoc. It happens only while going to/returning from office.
