My friend who has changed his Apache tires told that MRF has launched new 17" Zapper tyres with different grips than the ones seen in Pulsar series . He could not get it because it was in stores few days after he bought the old design Zapper tires . May be the new one will be the one shown in MRF Ad .

yes Boney bhai & Praful Bhai,
They are bit shorter profile. As you can see more rounded. B2L has also got the same tyres for his P200.
I got it for Rs1900 less 100 bucks for the old tyre. Vyde was Rs 1700. The dealer said IRC is a Jap brand much better than Vyde. Thors josh mein tha, is liye le liya

Well this tyre looks quite a bit like the Vyde, but I can tell one thing for sure...The Vyde is simply awesome....but lasts very less!Originally posted by rx100.7050 View Postyes Boney bhai & Praful Bhai,

Wat exactly do you want to know?Originally posted by ryder_boney View Postdude, you forget, i queried you about the RTR mirrors installation

All I know is that the orignal stems of the 220 were cut and the RTR one's were screwed onto it. If you need specific details I can ask my mech about it!

if Vyde last less, then IRC will last little coz it lookz like it is one of the most soft compound tyre breed out there AFAIK, your opinion?

I've never used IRC's so I am not in a position to comment about it. RaviKiran has been using an IRC front for quite some time now and he can shed some light in that respect.Originally posted by ryder_boney View Postthis is the stuff i asked you for, i got the answer, thanx for the favor dude

I've run the Vyde of 11K kms now and it barely has a center tread now (thanks to which I had a minor incident on saturday
). But I'm sure the Vyde will last a bit more with slightly gentler riding i.e. riding mostly in the city!

Ya, you were right the problem is with the fuel filter... First the mechanic just tried to get me to leave by doing the CO setting so i had to literally beg him to check the fuel filter. It was only when i said the magic words ( "I will pay for it, just change it") that he took a look at it...Originally posted by Prongs View PostSo dude....did u get it done...?
Surprisingly after he changed it, he acted as if he knew the problem was with the fuel filter all along! Anyway, just get the fuel filter changed, mine was clogged. cost only 49 bucks after tax. Come to think of it i must have spent at least Rs. 200 in petrol for my 6 visits to the SC for a 50 Rs problem. Hope that does the trick for you.
I took it out for a celebratory ride as soon as I left SC and with the first twist of the throttle was reminded of the reason why I bought this bike!
Thanks for helping me out guys!
