i would retest it with a few other bikes running parallel with me and compare the speeds with theirs..

but if the speedo error is really that large, then it should also show incorrect (unacceptable) top end figures.. i get 138 (maximum on flat road) on speedo at over 9.5k rpm..

on a downslope i clocked 141 kmph and when the road again became flat the speed changed to 137.. it goes to 137 quite easily but struggles a lot to go to 138...
also, speedo error can be contributed to worn out front tyre.. but my tyre is fine.. its run 12.5k and should last 7-8k more easily...
if there is so much of speedo then the speed should not be proportional with the engine rpm..

iam not saying that i have no speedo error... this is just my verdict..
