      which fuel do u use for bike?..since i am using so called SPEED it aint giving tht problem much.. :|

        Iam using normal unleaded petrol dude

          ^bro..try SPeed ...refuell after complete empty stomach of tht beast. ...
          carry in bottle ...it wud be more convenient den..

            K dude sure.wht r d changes we can gain in our bike by using speed petrol?? many say that the mileage improves by using speed

              @truelypulsarian : empty ur tank... detach and turn upside down... or empty thru the knob... see how much rust is accumulating in the tank... it must be clogging the injectors... get the fuel pump and all fuel pipes and fuel filters checked....

              only current solution...

                    well as per i expericned it do increase mileage a bit..n engine runs smoother...

                      Engine gets shut downs when i throttle it while pressing clutch deeply

                        facing a strange problem from 2 3 weeks ..... its kinda metal sound coming out from silencer whenever i revv ... [seems ive broken innards inside the muffler] .... one kine honda rider hit my bike silencer from behind .... and from that day i am facing this problem ... but the pbk mechanic doesnt agree ... as he is not able to hear any sound but i can [its loud]......
                        will the silencer be replaced under warranty ???

                        anyone faced such problem ??

                          Check the exhaust tec box below, that has a plate that comes loose or even the heat shields that become loose and cause a rattling sound. See first if these fastened tight.

                          If that still doesnt solve your problem then you just might have a problem internally with the exahust. But you will get warranty replacement only if there are no visible damages to exhaust and ofcourse your bike is less than 2 years old.

                            Update on my bike:
                            Battery died..!! Its not getting charged at all.
                            Iam push-starting it these days. Not finding time to go all the way and get it replaced from Exide.
                            Biking is not my Passion, it is my Religion!
                            DIY whatever it is..!!
