What, they are different..Originally posted by Praful View PostYuv just posted yesterday that he got the sensor from Chennai PBK. I hope its not the 220 Dtsi sensor, which is not compatible with the FI
I will re-check whether its available now...

An update on this problem. Turns out the stator assembly had to be changed. The mech showed me the old coil which had gotten burnt at one place. Bike is up and running :-)Originally posted by Mik View PostI am going to Leh this weekend.
The bike was all ready but have discovered a problem now.
Switching the headlights on, the bike is barely able to pull from 2k rpm onwards. The battery light starts flashing. Switch it off, and the problem almost disappears.
Battery is Amaron, 1 year old. Recently changed the low beam bulb as the other one had fused.
Any pointers as to what could be the problem before i take it to probiking?
Tomorrow... we ride to Leh

My friend had got the Engine oil overheat sensor instead of the Engine overheat sensor.
But luckily for me the actual sensor also arrived in Autoservice yesterday, so changed/changing both now. Sadly bent my front alloy this morning on the highway

but the Good news is Bybre rear calipers are closed ones and safe from accumulating grims near the pads..Originally posted by Praful View Postthere is no trick, this is just the same stuff rebranded as Bybre!!

The krrr krrr sound could either be battery or starter clutch, does the low batt icon flash?? If yes then its the battery.
My starter clutch fried recently after 70K kms
