      I will try to upload one, the problem is it lasts only for few seconds. I mean by the time I start recording it might stop making noise. Still I will try.

            Hi All.

            Can someone educate me about the role of cam chain or cam chain tensioner..?
            Also please educate me in "If the AFR mixture is too lean will it affects cam chain or cam chain tensioner...?" I read it will affect..! If yes, then how..?

                Replaced stock head lamps with Osram h4 bilux p43t. it costs 90 rupees. I was searching for osram night breaker . the shop guy recommended osram bilux. The beam spread and intensity is very satisfying.

                *@psr. Is there any shops where ninja pads can be sourced? enquired with KLN and jai bajaj brake pads are out of stock and told the pads will not the sold . Need to get the bike to them and fit the pads.

                  replaced the head lights and started to chennai from my home town. In the middle of the journery, when i used the passed light, the electricals went off, stop the bike and turned on. No go. used kicker bike started. but the electricals are not working. rode to chennai without headlights and horn. thank god. this happened very near to chennai.

                  What could be the issue?

                      From what you have said, it seems to be the 15 AMPS fuse inside the fuse box under the seat. Please check if it has 10 or 7.5 amps fuse by mistake...
                      Default fuse rating is 15 amps..As soon as you open the lid of the fuse box, look at the cover,wherein the fuse rating and it's connectivity relevance will be mentioned..

                        Thank you PSR. the fuses were misplaced. there was 7.5 amps fuse for stop turn meter and 15 AMPs for igniton. replace with the spare fuse. Bike is back to normal. PSR should I change the fuse to 20A for stop turn meter?

                            Get EBC brake pads FA197HH Ninja EX300 brake pads for good braking even during wet conditions.
                            Where do you get? EBay.com or solomotoparts.com
                            How much is it? Varies between $28-35
                            How is the experience? Better than Ninja brake pads.
                            Compatibility? Direct fit.

                                Catch hold of KTM guys in your circle to help you out with Ninja pads. Or ebc can be shipped to your known person in US coming down so you can save on shipping.
