i live in dahisar,i had done this work at ashokvan.
in case of bottomout front fork,adding oil will make damping hard but doesnt increase fork height(sag),as putting spacer would increase fork height(sag).Pls correct me if im wrong.

Any reviews on the new Karizma R! I really like the feel of the old bike and I was dying to buy one. Now they are not selling it anymore! Still should I consider buying the NEW KARIZMA R!

I am having few queries....

1. Is the RTR clutch & break leaver a direct fit for Karizma-r?
2. What is the price of clutch plates - friction & steel plates.

Another problem is, I have already removed front fairing, engine belly etc. and fixed a Hunk crash guard (mounted aux light on it) - now also removed the crash guard since I found the crash guard is too weak to take any impact(only punched the crash guard with bare hand and the result was pathetic)Now I am really confused whether to fix the crash guard again or not.

Is the Hunk crashguard genuine?
Because it has saved me and my bike couple of times. Once it damaged the door of a Skoda fabia completely when I hit from side, but my legs and bike's tank scoops were saved.

U got broken bones ?? 😁. If you are clear in what you post the readers can understand clearly.
I had a guard with aux light and when the guy in front of me stopped suddenly from @ 60 kmph seeing a police vehicle the guard took the impact and broke the other guys rear foot rest. The cops made him pay the damage.. he ended up paying 500 to me instead of 100 for helmetless riding . Buy original or atleast something good. Next time punch it before buying.

Yes, it is brother. Fixed it from HH ASC.

I Remember someone fitting Honda Shine's leg guard on ZMA in this thread. Check that option too.

I had a cbz-X crash guard on my previous zma. While taking a turn at speed, the bike hit gravel, front end lost traction, hit a pothole and flipped over twice. End result was a broken mirror, slightly bent crashguard and a few scratches on the front corner of the front fairing. if not for the guard, every plastic piece on the bike would have broken.
Although i should have chucked it out, the same guard is doing duty on my current zma. And the bike has fallen twice at around 40kph.

Spare prices as of yesterday.
1. Clutch plate set- 1455/-
2. Clutch steel plates- 180/- (45x4)
3. cam shaft- 1129/-
4. Rocker arms - 608/- (2nos)
5. Clutch springs - 35/- (unsure if this is for a set or just one)
6. Clutch side packing - 30/-
7. Valve cover packing - 50/-

I have half a mind of just selling this junk and picking up a duke390. After 3 zma's, i need to try something else. But knowing me, ill just end up picking up another zma. LOL

2yrs and 6k later, the clutch finally gave up on me. using the CBZ plates was a BAD idea. Best avoided!

you can use the cbz( old, iirc) clutch plates. The entire set(steel and cork) was around 400 bucks chillar. My bike is currently running them!

Thanks for the suggestion brother. Since I have dismounted the entire front set up, even the aux lamps, I may need some small crash guard - just like you suggested.

I'm only concerned with box type crash guard is, fearing it might hit the front fender rear end while going through undulations. I'm running on straight crash bar like it comes in RX and it took the beating during my fall once, ago.
