Hey Ram prasad. From personal experience, i would recommend the apache pads over the Sriram alpine(in case you are searching for alternatives for Nissin) if you are into long distance runs. I somehow wasnt comfortable with Sriram Alphine because i felt the bite force is not satisfactory for speeds above 100. For City use its fine, no issues. Hardly used it for some 3-35K kms and then changed. Not sure about its durability and stuff.

I generally get NGK plugs from Amit agencies JC.Road.You can check there once.

I had a funny fall back in 2012. Double on climbed the incline in third gear, engine gave up, gravity pulled backwards, both legs on wet tarmac, panic situation engaging clutch, finally Humpty Dumpty had a great funny fall with broken front footrest assy. That was during ISG2G Chickmagalur ride. Aluminum assy where foot peg sits broke. Searched for aluminum welder and got the fix done. If recollected had posted pics here. Sorry I don't know where I stored those pics taken at that time.

Welding work, so there might be some color change around. Heck! who cares when you are atleast 550 kms away from home and on weekend with Hero had no ZMA parts in stock. The guy did an amazing job that it is still strong. I did not even think of replacing the assy ever. Oh yeah, I least remember that there was a weld job done with my left footpeg.

Finally found the post with pics after searching this thread!

When can we expect availability of spare parts for zma. Even obtaining air filter is not being possible from Hero spares. This disappoints many of us. I was waiting for couple of spares ordered for my zma from past 5 months. Still no progress. Can someone enlighten me what exactly happening with hero motor corp spares department. Any idea...???

Was wondering if I can buy a tool kit which would have all the necessary equipments to open up parts of my bike.

                              Thanks

What "necessary" parts you want to open up ? Your standard tool kit can do that job most times in not all.
