  • If anybody needs 1st or 2nd oversize OEM pistons, drop me a PM. Situation is horribly in hyderabad, showrooms have no spares for the last week. and dealers are selling stuff more than the printed price. Manged to get hold of few OS pistons for the ZMA/R

    Cheers,

Hmmm... wonder what good is a premium petrol.

Depends on what complaints you have about the bike while giving it for service. Some folks stay with the bike while it is being worked upon on every service, although i cannot say from personal exp. The whole process would not take more than a couple of hours unless you have any major issues.

i have been facing issue with my Front and rear suspension of bike, have shown it to the showroom but no resolution. The front suspension does not sink in properly to absorb shocks resulting in direct transfer of shocks to bike causing damage to front mud cover, and rear fiber parts.
Get the fork springs checked,As the shock is hitting either the spring is damaged or the oil level will be less i guess,IS there any oil leak from the forks?

Since you have dismantled it , the original settings would go for a toss especially If you happen to change the cardboard diaphragm .
Cardboard diaphragm?? You mean the packings or metal plate?

You can keep the face of the horn (the hole) facing downwards and see whether it works . That way , any water that gets in gets drained out immediately .
I have been using the horns in this way,but still water enters if we rip through high rains. Thats happened to me.

That's bad for your bikes engine.Stay away from that. Already discussed about this somewhere...

Yes, but why do you need two?

                              • Here are a few diagnostics I've made.

My bike's now done 3300 kms.
Running on iridiums and afr@4 turns.
When my bikes hot and Im riding in high gear and i let go of my accelerator the bike de accelerates as usual, but when I re accelerate then theres a minor lag in acceleration(say for a few millisecs). I rechecked my cable slack and its ok. Im suspecting something else.

This only happens when the bikes hot.

                                Additional.
Today evening added 15ml of 2T oil to the petrol tank as per psr sir's advice opt'd for Castrol 2T(Green). So will check tomorow if theres any change.

And when I went to the castrol point I noticed that the packing of different bottles of the same make(Power 1 4T) have different seals but the same bottle. Some have the hologram seal where as some have the cheap clear seal. So does that mean fake???
