      Last time i checked,
It was 1350/- for the fibre part outside , and 200/- for the fibre part inside, no idea about the indicator.and if you want the headlight assembly (dome) its around 1150/-

(the above rates are individual unit rates i.e per part.!)

              they work just fine.
when the mechanic opened the brake fluid case, there was nothing, except for a lot of grease like thing, which even the mech. was surprised to see,
any-how, cleaned it all up, and put in new fluid,
bleeded the brake a few times, and it was ready to go.!
although it lacked the "bite" in the beginning,
after around 50-70Kms, it feels fine.!
Thought of sharing the info, incase some1 (like me :P ) is not willing to shell off a lil over 1 grand for the brake pads..!
              Yep they work just fine.
I had this picture from the net. Here you see the ZMA with RTR disks.
The forks is not the stock ones. But the questions is otherwise also it should be possible to get the disk plate mounted on the ZMA and inreturn you could install the RTR disk pads which will be cheaper.
My only concern is with the calipers though.

well the mounting of the disc plate depends on the mount points, although the disc plate is 6mm less in diameter, that can cause a lot of stress on the screws, if they don't fit properly,

I just got the disc pads fitted cause i knew 3mm wont make a difference in stopping power, but changing the disc would make a lot of difference, if the points dont coincide. and any caliper can be used.!! same floating type and almost same pads.!

Bro get well soon. Why oil leaks at this early stage? . Well one more query why did you purchase the tappet o rings and fevibond? Will the rings get damaged in the process? .

                              • Hello xbhpians..Last weekend went for a small trip from chennai to bangalore to attend an interview.my tool to commute was my boy Karizma r 2011..should say 1 thing, since this is the first time me using zma for a 700+ km trip. AWESOME..really excellent trip that was.though I have travelled up and down this route around 6 times in my unicorn before,I really had a wonderful feeling when cruzing on zma..

                                Distance: 365+365=730kms door to door
                                Petrol filled: 1400rs (11.2L with 70.86rs/L + 8L with 75.6rs/l)
Spares carried: clutch cable, throttle cables, 35/35w bulb
                                Avg speed maintained: 80
top speed achieved: 127kmph (didnt wana twist it more)
time required to reach destination: 7hrs (on bike: 5hrs;;off bike: 1hr)
                                engine oil: Motul 3000 4t 20w40
                                odo: 3800kms
                                headlight: phlips premium 55/60w
gears: sorry didnt have any of them.Jus wore a Kappa jerkin and the duckback rain coat prevented me from soaking in rain.

my ride started at 3am since I need to be in bangalore by 11am as scheduled. Fortunately had a chance to test the efficiency of my 55/60 philips premium at the very begining of my ride. Since this is the first time me using a bigger bulb rather than the stock one, I had lots of fear when considering the battery. Hence carried the stock 35/35w bulb as a cautionary thing.the spread is extraordinary and provided much much more visibility on the highway..I believe with a Philips xtreme vision or philips premium with the headlight relay, the result will be best..
I was munching miles at a faster rate like never before.I was maintaining my bike at 80kmph all through the trip and did some occasional burst to 125+..Either me or zma, after 3hrs of continuous riding and covering close to 180+kms didnt have any sign of ache fatigue. The engine rolled on and on effortlessly which made me to sit and ride with smile rather than to stand apart and gaze at it (breaks).with an excellent bike and a powerful lighting fought with the distance and dark with ease. The return journey too was excellent but got struck in heavy rain for most of the time of the trip. Drove continuously till vellore all the way from bangalore maintaining a constant avg speed of 80kmph. With zma overtakings were done with ease and came home after smiling after a big ride which didnt happened much with my unicorn.

After the ride I changed the engine oil, adjusted and lubed the chain, charged the battery and the bike is back as it was before the trip. I charged the battery because, during the return jurney after 3 hrs of continuous riding near kanchipuram the bike's horn jus went weeeak indicating something wrong. Then I stopped the bike, kept it idle for some time and everything is perfect. Still that battery issue is pondering in my heart asking what to do in order to rectify it..Since, me planning to plonk in philips xtreme vision 55/60 bulp in place of my philips premium, pulsar's high pitch horn in place of pathetic zma's horn and have a ride till ooty by this month end..experts suggestion needed here??!!!I am ready to use a bigger battery, but fear that it might void the warranty..

Overall, a weekend was well spentt. The ride was xcellent and the bike asking me to xplore many many places..even to the moon since zma has the potential..long live KARIZMA R..Feeeling haapy for having bought this mean machine.
sorry guys didnt take much of snaps since i was bit tensed becoz of the interview and was raining heavily during my return journey.though managed to take some..
