OH!!!!will get in touch with you to get it cleared anna!Originally posted by SriramEfunds View PostIt is not easy to plonk as it would require some shifts in the electricals on the side apart from battery box/cage change."safety will be the sturdy child of terror, and survival the twin brother of annihilation"

Battery needs only 14.20v to get recharged.
Me too told the same.Originally posted by psr View PostYou are running rich and ground electrode shows that the plug is running hot....

Our Karizmas have 3 phase generators like in car Alternators, and so require three phase rectifier and regulator...APE RR unit is a single phase unit and hence is not compatible with ZMA.Originally posted by SriramEfunds View PostI have heard Ape's RR unit is plonked while adding HID for 2 wheelers since it's handles heavy load. Need to look into this further.
Only way to get around the problem is to provide heavy heat sinking to enable the RR unit operate in safe condition.....I had already done it,and even with my flat battery I ride without issues during night...
Otherwise a custom made RR to handle higher Amperes can be built with car alternator rectifiers...and good regulator design...with large heat sinkLast edited by psr; 10-12-2011, 11:18 PM.When Was The Last Time,You Did Something For The First Time.

But for switching on the hazard lights, you will have to switch on the hazard light switch and then the indicator..
Can you explain the same with the help of diagrams like where the switch needs to be collected. I am sorry but a total duffer in electricals.

If we can , I'll want to do it - 2nd hand costs 1000/- , a cracked 2nd hand costs 500/- (P220 H/L unit)Originally posted by Blumarine005 View PostHey, just a question - Can we not use P220's projectors in ZMA?
I got a couple of PC heat sinks , but I guess those are too bulky !!Originally posted by psr View PostOur Karizmas have 3 phase generators like in car Alternators, and so require three phase rectifier and regulator...APE RR unit is a single phase unit and hence is not compatible with ZMA.

Find the positive wires of the indicator connections and run one wire each from them to the switch connections - right ??Originally posted by Blumarine005 View PostCan you explain the same with the help of diagrams like where the switch needs to be collected. Vivek - Please open a separate thread and refrain showcasing the bike unless you want to show some pointers to the issue.Originally posted by vivekarizma View Postfew more pics which i took during the trip!!RX100 1996 | Karizma 2004 | Karizma-R 2011 | RXZ 1999 | RX 135 1998 | RX 100 1993 | CBF150 2005 - 2011

. Using them in my car. Its brilliant. I don't think aftermarket projectors will come anywhere close to it in performance.
