All the electricals are fine so far .But now , I'm wondering whether the RR should be swapped with one of higher capacity - to get max gains from the 9Ah battery .
    @ Aneesh@4GHz - If I remember correctly , you too have changed to 9Ah .

The RR in stock ZMA with stock battery will get very hot during night time with all lamp loads...
It is best to fit a thick Aluminum plate behind the RR unit to enable heat dissipation...preferably 2 or 3mm thick Aluminum sheet of appropriate size will help...I had done this in my ZMA and still find the RR unit becoming very hot in night time driving...
If you have doubts, ride for at least 30 minutes in night through traffic ,return home immediately open seat and to the right corner you will see the RR unit...Just touch it and feel the heat.
I have heard Ape's RR unit is plonked while adding HID for 2 wheelers since it's handles heavy load. Need to look into this further.

Hey, just a question - Can we not use P220's projectors in ZMA?

You are running rich and ground electrode shows that the plug is running hot....

My Stock RR Unit is enough for charging the 9Ah battery,It produces more than 14.30v while accelerating. Battery needs only 14.20v to get recharged.

Our Karizmas have 3 phase generators like in car Alternators, and so require three phase rectifier and regulator...APE RR unit is a single phase unit and hence is not compatible with ZMA.
Only way to get around the problem is to provide heavy heat sinking to enable the RR unit operate in safe condition.....I had already done it,and even with my flat battery I ride without issues during night...
Otherwise a custom made RR to handle higher Amperes can be built with car alternator rectifiers...and good regulator design...with large heat sink

Now if you turn on any side indicator, all the four lights will flash. Just a put a switch in the wire, you will have a on/off switch. Very simple but effective setup. But for switching on the hazard lights, you will have to switch on the hazard light switch and then the indicator..

Can you explain the same with the help of diagrams like where the switch needs to be collected. I am sorry but a total duffer in electricals.

I've heard that too ..hav to check the alternator's out put and the battery's capacity.

                      If we can , I'll want to do it - 2nd hand costs 1000/- , a cracked 2nd hand costs 500/- (P220 H/L unit)

I got a couple of PC heat sinks , but I guess those are too bulky !!

Find the positive wires of the indicator connections and run one wire each from them to the switch connections - right ??

Vivek - Please open a separate thread and refrain showcasing the bike unless you want to show some pointers to the issue.
