No regrets of buying a new ZMA R . For one , the fiber parts rattle after some time . In my case it came in a slightly rattling state (the point where the fiber parts join had cracked)Originally posted by rixBhp View Post65 is the price in my mind too. Any regrets of not buying a new one? My plan is to buy a used zma and install Joel's big bore kit. btw dont know the cost of the kit. I sent a pm to him. Waiting for his reply.
.Then it was already in a run in stage ( I hate limitations when riding .I may go slow , but only when I want to
) and I didn't have to control the engine RPM . Also I have an aversion to stock bike ( there's no other explanation - can't get used to stock lights or horns , tinkers with the AFR if I can do it ) . When buying used I have no concerns about whether anything I do will void the warranty . I'm not going for the big bore , but may have a look at the FFE if the db killer is good enough .
5 W aux lamps ? You must be thinking about pilot lamps . Aux start from 35W . Even 55/60 ordinary halogen is way better than the stock 35/35 . A bonus for yourself would be to connect it using a relay like I have done . Before using a relay I never did think the light would get that much better !Originally posted by sunny_ View Post"2 X 55w Hella aux lamps"
Explain, I think it should be 5w.
And, is 55/60 Philips Extreme good enough??? Please post cost and other details/experiences.
No relays used for the Bosch dual horns??
. If Philips Extreme gives at least 30% more light than ordinary halogens , then it'd be great . I've seen an Osram Nightbreaker ( single bulb packaging ) at a shop here . It's 2009 supply and the MRP was 900/- . Least / last price quoted was 800/- . Don't know what to do .

Arun - Incase you get an opportunity to try out the sirac street on wet weather, do post your feedback. I would like to get some first hand exp since i need to change my front tyre to M shortly as the previous one's have run close to 20k now and it is disintegrating on a daily basis.Originally posted by aarunn View PostReplaced my front tyre today...

i will take the bike and come straight to kollam to put in the tires. Because of the changes like bending the linkage rod and brake stay needs to be done in presence of an expert like you
. Well not now any ways
budget problems
. Total cost will be close to 4 k for changing both tires

Rode around 35 kms through traffic+highway and rain
The Grip on wet road is just awesome.. and tried some breaking in wet as well as in Wet+Gravel surface..... amazingly it dint slip

i dint notice any drop in perfomance or whatso ever
Will update further info after a short ride this week
