Recently, I punctured my front tyre. Since the tyre shop was a km away, I rode there with the punctured tyre (knew that would be bad for my tyre but was too lazy to push the bike). Fixed the puncture and rode back. Now the front wheel has been wobbling ever since. Is it a case of bent alloys ? am really worried. I heard the enkei alloys are really costly.

You should have pushed the bike for 1 km, keeping in mind the Rs.5500-alloy.Originally posted by loki View PostHi fellow Zma Owners. I've got a 2007 ZmaR. Zero problems so far.

Unless you hit the bumps and ride fast, I guess nothing much should happen to the alloy. Check if the front tyre is fitted properly. Wobbling occurs also because of the deformed tyre. Sometimes, if the puncture flap also causes the wobbling if it is very big or very thick.
First remove the tyre and check alloy for any bends.

Gosh man... thats NOT what I ment! I think my rationale was quite clear. And as I had clearly implied, it was just a doubt! Anyway, use whatever that makes you feel good. Its your bike... damn HH!Originally posted by ravi@17bhp View PostSeems you are very sure that the businessmen of the HH will decide what engine oil they should use in the bike. Could you please take care to explain us on what basis the businessmen at HH thought of changing the grade of the oil??

NGK's fit a little slack in the beginning. Once they absorb heat and expand, they will fit snug. Do NOT overtighten your plug.

Newbie to ZMA...
Hello everyone,
I am a complete newbie to the karizma r. A week ago i got a new ZMA R and man i am highly satisfied with performance so far. Just a couple of points i want to get clarified:
1] My bike's engine heats up a bit even if i drive it for around 5-10 Kms, the service center guy said its normal as its a new bike and stuff. All you ZMA owners please let me know is it normal.

2] Can you all please provide me with certain run in points as in what should be the idle RPM, what RPM should not be crossed etc...
3] Is it advisable to take the bike from Pune to Mumbai before first servicing I mean can the engine and bike take the distance of 150 odd kms in one run.
TIA...
