Had the same problem a couple of days back - as I was riding suddenly all the electricals were gone . I remembered that the last thing I used was the horn and the brakes . Replaced the fuse and checked the horn wiring ( I had made provision for additional horn but hadn't connected it) . The 2 wires were touching and that was the reason .
Strip the bike of the seat and side panels and check all the wires . If the insulation is gone somewhere that might be the reason . Also , if you have made additional connections for horn/aux light , check them also .

even my bike's rear suspension are gone as said by the service centre but they dnt hav it in stock...will i get warrenty of tht my bike has clocked 4200kms and is a jul2011 model..pls help..

Dude I had the same Problem Electric went all of a sudden while riding . I stopped and tried to restart but of no use . Kick started nd went to local mechanic . He checked the fuse system removed one catridge nd twisted some copper wire nd placed it . The Bike is Back to lights . It was around 10pm he told me to buy a new fuse soon . Mine is also de same July 2011 model and Believe me clocked right around 4200km.

The problem was because of the extra wiring I took for the LED lights Under the cowl .

Thanks buddy for your concern ...the bike is at svc frm past 2-3days and will get it by nxt 2days..my bike has clocked more than 5000 kms as my cable was disconnected and was nt working for sum time due to faulty cable and was removed by me for registration process...andi guess it the horn which make contact sum wer..so the fuse gets blown off...n still the svc ppl are nt ready to accept tht the rear suspension are nt working.

if your rear suspension is stiff or pulls to one side, then you have to get the swing arm lubed ,and generous amount of grease must be applied on to the bushes before assembling it to-gether.

                  • Yesterday, did a quick ride to Krishnagiri and nearby places (~250km in total). I was riding with a friend who rode an RTR 160. I had set the idling at 1.2k(cold) and it goes upto 1.8k when hot (no idling screw yet, the idling is set by a normal nut/bolt, so cant tell the number of turns).

Few already known things I re-confirmed during the ride -
                    • ZMA is a RE bullet stability-wise. And the high speed doesn't feel that high at all - 100 feels like 80, 80 feels like 60, 60 feels like a cart - I am just referring to the speed felt. And no vibes, wobbling or discomfort upto 90kmph, and even after that there isn't much vibes unless I go above 100.
                    • I had to cut through traffic or overtake several trucks of various kinds, SUVs and what not. Not once the ZMA flinched, and pulled effortlessly even in 5th gear (above 4k rpm)
                    • I was also able to lean/swerve the bike like I wanted, when I wanted. Not sure if it was because of the round-edged M45 tyres (or because of my oh-so-excellent counter-steering )
                    • I also realized RTR's exhaust note is drool-worthy (my friends RTR was not an FI and supposedly has a CAT CON, and yet it made that deep growl at low rpms). Almost the same as Joel's exhausts.

                    Thanks,
                    Prashanth
