  • Changed my oil, drained by tilting and poured 1 liter the mark on the dipstick was a pinch above high. Difference noticed was that the moment i thumbed the starter the bike idled at 1.25k but a second after lowered to 1k guess its cause of the higher grade (previous oil was the stock 10w30 one from Hero), riding experience was abit slippery, bike accelerates just fine in a way even better than when was running on Yamalube, but the major difference can be noted while shifting, the gears doesnt stick like before, just after preloading the shifter and going of throttle the gear slips into place without any resistance at all, its too smooth that the imperfections can be well felt when downshifting, but they dont pose a threat. Overall its a good oil, and in a way better than the Yamalube, especially since it costs only 239/-.

Good to see you doing it Rohit..The N250 pad are Sintered Metal pads and have much better braking ability than stock pads..

I give my bike to Joseph uncle, you already know him right. and for minor adjustments like chain tightening, bolts tightening etc i rely on service centre.
and also before going to them make sure your bike looks pretty and tell them that the bike was washed and polished just yesterday and so not to make any grease on the body or something like---- .

to be precise they cost around 1221/- here in Delhi.

changed to N250 pads on my ZMA today. immediate feedback, felt almost the same with some noise from the discs that may be due to already worn out pads of my Ninja.
but after i rode my Ninja in the evening and found out that stopping distance has improved when comparing to Ninja. stopping distance improved as compared to earlier nearing somewhat to my Ninja.

I guess you had shifted the used pads from your Ninja 250 to ZMA and fitted new sets to the Ninja 250.With Ninja Pads the stopping distance becomes less in ZMA. The noise you hear is the Disc perforations going past the Sintered metal pads..if you notice closely it will be in tune with your speed. If you are using DOT 3 oil(RED in color) in any of your bikes change it to DOT 4 ASAP,since DOT 4 is way better than DOT 3.

                      • That is a nice setup Max. But in an event of bike falling on either sides, wont the lights crack out? More close up pictures will help as to how you have mounted them.

I have the leg guard & plonked in the lamps there, but still they come out a little & I have the fear that they might crack.
