    My bike's fuses are keep on blowing. Today it blew 10A fuse in the socket of 7.5A. Can anyone please help me with that. Also I would like to know is there any pattern for connecting the battery terminals? Like connecting the positive first and tyen negative? I am using Amaron 9Ah battery. Any suggestions are welcomed and thanks in advance.

    Also the stop light switch of the front brake was already disconnected, so it doesnot matter now anyhow. Hope I would get some help on this.

      Replace all the fuses... New ones will last you for many years... Keep some spare handy as well.. this is not very csotly to do....Just ensure you get good quality fuses from some good electrical/automotive shops..specially wholesale shops...

        I used the original Fuses provided by the Hero Moto Corp. Facing this problem since past few months. Before that No Problem. Damn...

          you need to get good quality fuses, buy from HH spare all of them and replace all..

          Else if you are in bombay, try opera house...

            Just bought few fuses from Hero Honda Spare shop... was waiting for some leads... I will replace all fuses with new one. Just wait

                15A fuse blown.
                Most of the time, fuse that supports Stop, Turn and Speedo... gets blown

                    If you're in Ahmedabad, go to Bikes Auto near Memnagar and get your wiring checked. There's probably some earthing/short that's blowing the fuse.

                        When any fuse blows it's not because the fuse is faulty . Check the bike's electricals .

                          I know. But thought someone might have faced the problem, so he might help or give a tip for the problem. I wanted to do it myself in less time with the help of lot of experience of the guys here. Anyways, I gave my bike to ASC. Thank you for your reply.

                                well.. sorry for my ignorance, i haven't come to this thread in a couple of weeks..

                                well.. Dwarka is quite far and I am not sure about any workshops there but I sure do know some in South Delhi.. Pashupati motos SVC is a place i would recommend as I have screwed the Works Manager there when I had issues with my ZMR when I purchased it in 2010.. after my complaints he started taking good care of the customers there..

                                Other than that I know only in Noida as I am closer to Noida now..

                                maybe the others here who are from Delhi can assist... If I come across any.. I will let you know..
