Using a multimeter, test voltages. If the battery is completely discharged, it means it's dead, and will likely won't revive.
Please explain what you mean by "won't even start". Did you try kick starting it? Obviously the self starter won't crank the engine with a flat battery, BUT, does kick starting work?

You will need to check voltages, check if charging current is being supplied, whether the 20a relay is working properly, whether the RR is providing enough juice.
You might also want to search this thread, there is a lot of info about electricals and how people have managed to solve things in this very thread.

How old is your battery? It might require replacement if it is old.

Its 9 months old and its not regarding the battery
The bike should start without battery right??
But in my case not even that is working out

In your post prior to this, you said it was because of a discharged battery - and now you're saying it's not regarding the battery?
A multimeter is available everywhere, please get hold of one.
If you haven't read this thread, please do so now, at least from page 400-500 onwards. There is plenty of invaluable information to help any newcomer to this motorcycle to be able to diagnose a particular problem.
Did you even check the fuses etc?

@AK3D, I spoke to Ramprasad personally, and in fact, he called me when he got the problem. He was on a tour and suddenly the bike died, including the console and electricals. Kick start worked and he rode for some distance and again the bike died. After that, even the kick start didn't work. Battery was charged for 1.5 hour at a mechanic shop and the bike started with self. After riding for approximately 100 kms the biked again died with no kick start working. He exchanged the battery with another Karizma and he was able to come back to Bangalore. The drained battery put in other Karizma didn't have any problem with it. Now, the bike is running on battery. Kick start won't work (Of course, he didn't use the bike after the ride for the fear of it).

Now, its obvious that either the generator, or the RR, or the wiring is not working (bike won't start with kick). The service center estimated a bill of 8k with all replacements. Its difficult for him now to read and do a DIY. Any details about good electrician who works on bikes in Bangalore would help him. Also, he has language problem with local mechanics as he hails from AP.

Will reply below - the only thing I was trying to convey is that one can't help without actually knowing the symptoms. Knowing about your bike goes a long way in figuring out things. Hopefully your bike will be up and running soon.

Thank you for the explanation ravi@17bhp .
I wonder if disconnecting the RR, kick starting and then riding the bike worked? AFAIK - my issue with the RR was that the 20a fuse on the starter relay kept blowing. Had to isolate it of course. Thing is Ravi, one does need to get their hands dirty (open up the fairing, check battery connector, check the connectors on the relay, check the fuses etc etc etc). Unless one can't do that, some nut at the ASC will have a field day playing with the bike. That's one of the reason why I asked him to get a multimeter - it's a simple thing to check what's going on with voltages.
There are many riders in bangalore like Divya Sharan who would be helpful, and hopefully things should be sorted out.
also tagging psr . Would appreciate if you have inputs for this situation.

From your post there seem to be a massive loose contact in red/pink connector which is on top of the Self start relay...All you have to do is to just take it out and spray WD40 or Zorrick liberally on contacts, both male and female side and re-connect...Otherwise the RR is suspect...The Output of RR is directly connected to the battery through this connector.
If your bike is bought before 2011 then the Relay and connector will be to the left of the Battery..after 2011 the position is shifted to the right of the battery.

Sir, just to add. My bike hasnt been ridden for about 6 months now, last time I just started it to see if everything was working, and it was, bike started on self without any issues, that was 2 months ago. So yesterday I tried to start bike and am facing the exact same problem mentioned here. I understood its cause of the battery being dead.
