some queries, may sound very basic/stupid:
    1. Have you tried it yourself?
    2. Do we have the tool to loosen the axle nut in toolkit.. or need to source it from toolshop.. please specify the size etc.
    3. How much slack should be there?Do we need to tihgten only one side of adjusting plate, or both side..
    4. only tightening the nut will do?.. I have seen my mechanic also adjusting some nut on the right hand side (standing behind the bike), just near the pillion footpeg.. not sure whats that..
1: Yes, I do it myself.
2: All the tools required are there in the toolkit. you just need to source a hammer.
3: Keep the slack almost 3-4 cm (measured at halfway, I keep this much so that the chain is not overtightened)
both the sides of the adjusting plate should be set at same no. like sarvjit said, else the alignment would go for a toss
4: Only tightening the axle nut will do.Nothing to adjust near the pillion footpeg.
Also 1 more thing required is a double stand or a race stand (costs rs1500)

if its from the front suspension, when the bike goes over a relatively large bump/pothole, it sounds like a squish, not as you described..you can reproduce the sound if you try to push your weight towards the front while pressing the front brake(while sitting on ofcourse) hard enough and then release..

the sound you describe is a characteristic of the front brakes..wash the front brake pads with a high pressure water gun.. would most probably solve the issue.
after monday and tuesday, even the calendar says WTF!!

it's not yet complete since he just do his first 500 km break - in period, regarding valve ports (inlet port on cyl head) yes i agree he should do it (port polish) to match the new intake manifold diameter, but.. since he plan to get a big valve head.. well.. i guess he's planning to do it later..
A lighter conrod is not mandatory.. but if you can find one it's a good find brother !

              • I have a plan to go for the big bore kit and a free flow exhaust. What i want to have is a better initial performance and also a bit more power with good stability . Are the above mentioned two items capable of giving me the desired output. I would also like to know that will it kill my bikes engine?

                          • Yesterday my R15 was fell down, at a speed of 15-20 KMPH. I made a front brake in a small curve, me & the bike completely fell down to left side. I thought the bike will have a damages. But I was shocked there was nothing except a few scratches on front decal panel. A tiny spot on the rear metal body (bellow the pillion seat).

Any suggestions for decals on the left rear side?

                            • Lubrication

What chain lubricant is recommended for the R15? The ASC guys were selling Motul chain spray worth Rs4xx/-. Is it good enough?
