Jd my bike is from the first lot . And after 5k kms it started making noise on de clutching in neutral. after 30k kms finally opened the clutch. Went to lathe guy and got the play fixed between the clutch housing and the drive. Now no noise from the clutch bell.

My cone set was rusted as it was never greased for 1 1/2 year. Got it done from a friends garage near the house. Drop in sometime .Lets get your bike checked.

Nope, this is not due to vibrations or accelerator wire. Your palms reddening and hands aching is due to the fact that you are putting too much weight on your palms, due to the clip on bars and rear-sets, new r15 riders experience this problem. The only solution is to try to sit as upright as possible, and keep your weight on your buttocks not your hands.

                    Hope I helped

                      • @hifisharu - the race and cone set should be greased once a year atleast. Also check the steering stem bolt and nut ( below the top plate, the notched nut, and also the chrome bolt on top ) for proper torque and make sure its tightened properly. That will help your issue.

                              • Guys, I had a crash 2 weeks back, the bike feel on her left side and I've repaired all the cosmetic damage to the fairing, the headlamp fairing, the inner fairing, and the plastic part that's under the pillion seat.

Now I'm a bit worried about the mechanical damage, my clutch is inclined downwards. Also, after the crash I tried letting go of the bars to check if everything was fine. It was not, she was going left as soon as I let go. and now, a couple of weeks later she goes straight when I let go. I was perplexed at this, so I let my friend check the same. Same with him too, The bike doesn't turn left when the handle bars are left.

I want to know what all parts are to be changed for me to get the clutch right, and also the cost of the repairs.

Also, I'm confused as to whether I should be concerned that the bike was tilting to her left and now is completely upright. Any help guys??
