                • Couple of questions
                  1) While shifting the bike into neutral and then slowly releasing the clutch, I sometimes find the bike inching forward i.e. it hasnt fallen into neutral properly despite the green light glowing. Is this a common problem/character building flaw or is it something that I need to get investigated during the 1st service ?
P.S - It happens occassionally, say once in 3 - 4 days max

                  2) What happened to all the 'older' owners of the R15 (the ones who picked it up earlier) ? It would be nice if you guys could share how the bike feels past the 7.5k or 10k mark (anyone crossed 15k kms yet?) ? What about the guys who have ripped the bike from the beginning itself , how is the bike behaving after the first few services ? Any different from those that have followed the 'conventional' running in pattern ?

Yes. Saw that first on the CBZ. Then Karizma, Ambition.... Only then came the R15.

It might get rectified at the first service. I have faced a false neutral only once. Recently while I was returning from Mumbai... on the way during a break. That's it.

Finally got my blue R15 last week..... I too have had the problem of false neutral once or twice, otherwise the bike's been riding like a dream *knocks on wood*!

                            • I don't understand how this is possible-even after getting the socket replaced, the LED position lamp starts flickering&goes off. Sometimes it works as though nothing is wrong with it. Is this the life expected of a Rs.500 LED lamp? Earlier it was on the left side, but now I have put the LED onto the RHS. Atleast if it completely blows off, I can replace it! This is annoying-my bike looks like a one-eyed beggar now!

                              • Will see if the problem with the neutral gets rectified during the service. I think it is happening a bit too much for a new bike especially one of the caliber of the R15.

I did read the posts on the R15s that have covered a bit. Which got me thinking - I felt that there are more 'older' R15 owners out there who are not as active now as before on this thread. Was looking for feedback from them now that their steeds have done a good number of kms.
