      • found out about a very annoying issue on my bike today!!!... it goes off everytime i go over a bump and the exhaust makes a huge popping sound ....got the sparkplug and sparkplug cap changed in the last service so that is ruled out...

Any thoughts as to what might be causing this??

                • fuel gauge

My digital fuel gauge has been blinking even though it was at a half a tank, should I be worried? It shows half a tankdrops down to 1 bar blinks for about 10 minutes indicating that I'm almost out then goes back to half of tank.

                      • Battery solutions

32K Kms on ODO and 2 years 10 months since purchase of my R15 and now the battery is almost on the verge of giving up. Just want to check whether, I should stick to stock Tata Green battery(hassle free experience till now) or get a more powerful 5 Amp Amaron or Exide battery. I have held my horses for HIDs/Projectors till now, because of the dying battery. So I want user experiences of 5 Amp battery for HIDs uses. Also, any details on prices of Tata Green and 5Amp Amaron ones would be great.

I had put an Amaron 5 amp battery a couple of weeks back, the bike runs better with it, than the stock 3.5 amp, especially with HID's, RD ECU and Joel's high lift camshaft (no stalling whilst cold), I guess it will need taking for charging every few months, though I will be modifying the charging output later on to counteract this.

                                Don't know what it is??
But when i leave my clutch and accelerate then i can hear some chee chee sound from the engine. if i pull the clutch and raise the accelerator, then the sound is not there. Even when bike is on and in neutral sound is not there.Just thinking what can be this sound be?? and i am sure it's from the engine only!! But sound is very mild.
