            @Sarvajit: santoosh has a point here.. Moreover, I don't see Yamaha cutting down on availability of spares for the older colours, simply coz they have sold huge numbers of those bikes to risk it..

                • Finally why R15-
                  *killer looks! 90/100 fr that..
                  *performer..every part frm bolts to engine have a punch..
                  *best ever indian bike in handling and breaking segment..
                  *tourer??
                  Well yes..no engine heating,gud riding posture [if ur adjusted to that],gr8 suspension!
                  *still the FASTEST INDIAN with 148 Km/hr.. [the 09 p220 is still slower by sum 5km/hr]
                  *city riding a breeze with feather light weight [ gud without pillion ]
                  *mileage of 40-45kmpl in city and 50+ on highways!
                  But
                  *rear is nt so punched up..
                  *lower end torque misses the feel..but finally its okay! Fr a 150 cc mill producing 40-45 kmpl..and awarded as best performer..

                  So finally this is my machine!
                  Chose the Red clr..
                  Coz Black is dull..
                  Blue is common [in ma city out of 9 r15 7 are blue]
                  Yellow is unique bt gives a zma look plus it dsnt sports the yellow clr rear seat cowl as per my knowledge plus the white side fairing isnt ma styl.. I prfer 2 tone colouring!
                  So went for Red wid sum mods..
                  1- black coloured front windshield
                  2-black tank protector pad
                  3- split grab rails coloured Black
                  4-some black stikering on the rear red fenders
                  5-tyre mud protector frm pulsars installed
                  6- monoshock mud protector frm fz-s installed
                  7- rear seat cowl
                  8- no saree guard
                  9- HiDs and Leds on headlight lower beam is as it is.coz am okay wid it. [lesser night rides so i xpect no battery drainage just installed to flash ma headlight on headless craps who dnt use dippers]
                  9- sum more minor graphic mods in the waiting list

                  NO TYRE MODS coz the worlds best Yammy enggeniering brains placed those tyres thr fr sum coz..and mine puny brain just knows that Wider INDIAN tyre meant lesser grip,not so gud handeling,drop in mileage and drop in acceleration and top speed!

                  P.S. All the statments are of mine personal experience so sry to any one hurt by the judgment..

                            @Hydbiker..dude u won sum 50 paise :P..as u guessed right ..am going for r15..pics will be here in a week time coz wuld get ma bike in 1 or 2 days but have to join ma relatives mrg wid parents :[

                            @Saravjeet..kya kare dost..3k net bill pending plus computer ka ram gayab up above garribee due to tht hefty price tag of r15 so uploading frm cell phone!! :P

                            Every digi console bike hav sum speedo error ranging frm 2kmph to 10kmph due to the heted up electric field producing more than avrage reading..only hero hondas are error free..
                            But the R15 holds an speedo reading of 148 wid original as 140 [8kmph error]
                            P220 09 has a top whack of 143 wid the original one as 137kmph [6kpmh error]..
                            So its still the fastest indian,..

                              Modifications
                              10- split seats! With the mid portion cut in a slight inverted V shaped manner insted of straight line!

                              P.S. Mods wont void any insurance..as per the insurance guy! [never belive insurance guys,.kaiya hote hai]

                              One more P.S. I would Get the bike only with rear seat cowl and tank protector..rest mods awaited and would be done soon..
