Ok agreed on that low tire pressure part.. But my question is , why should the tire loose pressure so quickly? I mean checking once a month should be more
Than enough.. Once i had filled nitrogen in my tires and dint check for two months, when checked again, it had reduced to 27 from 30 thats all..
Man o man!
There's a HUGE, very Huge diffrence between filling up your tyre with normal air and NITROGEN!!!
Nitrogen does not oxidises but oxygen do..
Thats why u have to check the air pressure every 2nd day with the normal air, but leaving tyres unchecked will do no harm to you when its nitrogen in there!

I bet you dont do 320+ KMs every second day as well
Lolz I even Tank up every third morning....!!!
he he he!

Every second day checking is not a mandate, checking when you go for a decent long ride is a good habit, when I didnt use to ride as much, I used to check it every weekend...!

• for R15 lights

Hi All,

Since the stock headlights are very poor, i thought of having a better one.
I heard of HS1 bulb - Pulsar 220 of same wattage(Stock).
Does it fit with R15? Is it better? Nebody tried it?
Please help on this if nebody knows.

Thanks..

• Braking & Gearbox!

Guys! One thing has been bothering me from some days..
Whenever I brake hard (to come to a halt asap), from speeds of 80+, I can hear sounds from the gearbox as though the bike is downshifting automatically.. But oce i come to a halt, i realise the gears haven't downshifted themselves (obviously! ) & are as they were when I had braked..
Now is this downshifting sound normal? If yes, any idea what exactly is the sound, where from & why?

The pleasure is when your rear wheel slides, and you bring it back; and when the front wheel lifts, you take your time bringing it back.

You could try connecting both bulbs on low beam if your usage is mostly in-city. Works for me. The Osram nightbreakers are another option if I am not mistaken. You could check the Let there be light thread under Universal threads

• hey guys,
I am looking for a good chain cleaner to clean my R15's chain at home. I have been advised to use diesel rather than WD40 by some of my friends. Do u have any more recommendations which are safe to use on open O-type chains?

cause cold tyre pressure is 28-33 right ?
I am running 30 front and 34 rear other the ride quality suffers a bit running 28 or lower in the front. The grip is like always even with this tyre pressure.

• Found a video on youtube of a modded R125(with 170cc bore kit). This bike has superb pickup and hits the rev limiter in 6th gear effortlessly.
