And could you guys tell me if I can do servicing at home? Atleast minors like oil change, chain clean and lube, screw tightening n stuff? I'm tired of SVC inefficiency, and planning to do minor stuff by myself and SVC the bike only once even two times I do it myself.
    Sent from my WT19i
Stock filter only bro but have to replace in every 15k kms. Ya i'm servicing my bike myself only including electrical works. Today i've changed the side stand myself old got rusted, new one costs me 70rs.

Secondly shell oil's are good and second to none.. i have used the AX5 and AX7 on different bikes including my brothers' twister and it's much better than the honda oil. Trust me and the cost isnt much compared to other oils for the AX5 while the Ax7 is a wee bit more expensive.
Go for the ax5 20w40 and feel the difference!!
One other reason apart from the smoothness/reduction in vibes on why i have moved to shell oil's on my bikes is they are easy to procure from the shell bunks and peace of mind on the authenticity.

one of my highway ride(which i have done a few times): did a non stop 120 km in 2hrs (with a pillion) on my dio with the AX5, and when i stopped for a pee break i cud hear the engine just humm and felt no strain/overheating/loss of power, pick up etcc.. smooth as a silk with a FE of 46kmpl.. simply fell in love with the AX5!
I never used Honda oils so dont know about that but I too used shell AX7 but dint feel any difference as i've changed oil still facing the clutch slip problem. I'm again going back to ELF Moto 4 GOLD. It was nice one i did a continuous 500kms ride in 8hrs with this oil engine never felt any strain or over heat.

Pls get your clutch adjusted/check if the plates need replacement. maybe the ax7 is too smooth for these low capacity bikes

those sketch marks are marked in factory itself.... more likely its in correct position... it in directly shows nothing has been changed by local mechanic

fiber, looking at the pics it shows both fuel as well as idle screw has been changed. The fuel screw is either set towards richer side by 20 degrees (which is ok)OR it has been set lean by nearly half turn. and The idle screw is also set bit higher then normal...but right now do not touch the fuel screw.Try reducing the idle RPM to a lower level where engine runs without stalling. Are there any starting issues in the morning using kick start with current setting?
I will post pics of my fuel & idle screw tomorrow just for comparison.

yes its true that looking it pics it cannot be conformed...but from my personal experience i can tell that Twister carburetor is very sensitive to these changes. if you give one extra turn or one less turn then default setting then it will either lead to black smoke from exhaust or the engine wont start in first place.

carbs should be tuned 'perfectly' (and it takes time and experience to learn the art) and yes small changes on the carb will definitely change the way a bike responds.. (and one turn is a LOT if you are talking about sensitivity !) from my experience you should always move in steps of 1/4th turns

no stalling ...no issues at all.... 2 3 days after riding bike...engine becomes cold then it takes 2 3 times to start....

its possible...but i am not sure if any modification will be required..i guess it depends on rating. some two tone horns requires additional relays.

Where did you placed your horns, can you post the pics.?
First add the relay. Installing relay will not only keep the switch safe as well as it'll allow the horn to sound on it's full-flush.

Perfectly placed, What's the maximum decibel level of the horns in pair.
