I'm also planning to attach those blue lights on my tyre valve that light up only when the bike moves... Also planning to attach leds above the back tire or focused under the bike... I dont know about angel lights, you are the first person from whom I heard the cops fining part!!

Any underbody lighting is illegal in India.

Best option would be a Morimoto mini H1, with 4300k bulb, you can get a quote from AVS tuning in Bombay, you can use a Morimoto ballast or can source a good one locally, Tourer gear has good ballasts and harnesses, have been using for 3 years no problem, if you can find an oem ballast denso/hella etc then they are the best, but not water proof/resistant, you'll also need a relay on your harness, budget 10-12 grand for a morimoto set up, or you can buy generic morimoto kit from AVS if you want to save a bit, or you can go for AES branded stuff, which is not bad, but not exceptional either if you want to save a few shekels, there's also a guy named Ganesh in Salem TN who has some pretty decent stuff, you can get his contact from gearheads classifieds, just make sure you get the projector with a RHD cut off shield, many people are selling absolute shite with LHD cut offs, try not to be one of these clowns!
Beware of Bread, don't say I didn't warn you!
More than 98 percent of convicted criminals are bread eaters !
Statistics show that more than 75 % of violent crimes are committed within 24 hours of eating bread !
Bread is known to be extremely addictive. Subjects deprived of bread and given only water, actually begged for bread after just two days !
Bread has been proven to kill. Scientists have now uncovered alarming evidence that 100% of the people who eat bread will eventually die !

If you care for other road users, then get HID with projector setup. Else, you'd be blinding them. Also, 4300 K is the max permissible (legal) limit in India. So, 6000 K HIDs are anyways illegal and useless in rains.

Genuine Philips HID kit costs northward of 5k. Install a relay and a bigger battery to somewhat compensate for the battery drain for now.

I'm yet to convert to full-DC setup on my GS150R. However, one of the GS owner sourced it from a Toyota show room. It was a Philips 4200K Bi-Xexon non-projector version if my memory serves me right.

I don't know if Toyota entertains walk-in customers.

                    I'm also eying on Philips 4200K Bi-Xenon non-projector version with H4(Px43t) bulbs.

I see a 6000K being listed, I remember seeing a 4200K over there few months back.

Today out of curiosity I opened my projectors and had a inner view of my projectors! I could know each and every part inside except for one!

In the above picture I don't know what is the use of it and also what it is. Can somebody tell me what it is?
Asking this because when I turn my demon lights, I can see those 'spring thingy' from outside which I want to eliminate.

Was that projector a biXenon ?

If yes thats possibly the high-low beam changer I think.

Yes it is bi-xenon and could you tell me the difference? As per my knowledge in bi-xenon we get high beam option which is absent in normal projectors! Is that all?

To the best of my knowledge:-

Normal projectors have just one beam - no high or low beams, jut one normal beam - like your everyday torch.

Bixenons also have a single light beam, but you can cut off the higher parts using a movalble lever. Thus you get a high beam and a non-high beam.

I am not sure if the low beam is a separate light element (bulb), i think its not.

And that is what exactly I want to do, remove that black part which has some spring in it.
But until I know its function or use I cannot be proceeding and which is why this post!

I think its illegal to be driving at high beam all the time. If not illegal its extremely rude and inconsiderate.

You are not as safe as the amount of road you can see, you are only as safe as the least of the roads both of you see.
