F inally I just found a Motul Fork Oil 20W (350ml) but I am not sure if it is genuine because its very old (manufacturing date 2011).
Please help me to identify. It appears greenish in colour when I saw inside the bottle and it looks golden in colour while pouring. Is it original??
I am planning to do DIY of forks soon.

You shouldn't have bought it if you were not sure, Motul oils generally don't have fakes, its mostly castrol engine, fork oil etc which have fakes.

Actually, motul products are not available in my city. I had a discussion regarding this to an oil dealer. He said that motul distributor is inactive now a days.
However i found this fork oil at one oil dealer located in industrial area.
He said it was the last motul product in his shop.
So i just want to confirm about is genuineness.

Yes, the oil looks green inside the bottle and golden yellow when it is being poured.
I am attaching a few pictures of the bottle..

yes, exactly it looks same. So it's original and no doubts.

              Hi Guys,

I am observing some changes in RPM from few days, completed 23000 kms no major issue, now the thing I am noticing is that whether engine is warm or cold, RPM wary automatically himself, suppose i am standing on a red light and RPM needle play itself from 1200 - 1700 RPM himself and when engine is cold it plays around 1000 - 1300 RPM, what can be the issue because it never happened earlier.

One more issue is that now the days when I try to start the bike I have to keep press the self start button for more time may be some more milliseconds, let me clear this its like earlier my bike use to start in half kick but now its starting in one full complete kick and it happens in both the condition whether engine is cold or warm....?

To me it looks like a very lean/incorrect mixture. Set the AFR screw at 1.5 turn out (anticlockwise) as a starting/reference point.
Most extremes have the afr screw between 1.7 to 2 turns but that does not mean every extreme must be in that range. Cleaning a CV carb is easy but tuning it is very difficult.

Also, if this problem is occurring only since last few days then you might have mistakenly ran the bike on choke for a considerable distance.Plug might have shorted due to running on choke. Don't ask me how many times people forget to retract the choke lever after starting their bike in morning...

EDIT : 1200 to 1700 ? That is some serious fluctuation in RPM. Does the bike idle at 1700 for most of the time when hot, goes down to 1200 for a moment and then comes back to 1700 ?

It could be something else also
                @sibun can help on this...

I never ran my in choke on, the thing is this problem is coming after when my tappets are adjusted but that too adjusted around some 1000kms back till the time bike was running absolutely fine and most of the time in hot engine it idles to 1800-2000 rpm and then I set it to around 1600-1700 RPM by AF screw.

Not just very quickly it just slowly moves between 1200-1700 RPM in hot engine....

How is the pull above 80KMPH ? Did you adjust the tappets by using feeler gauge ?

Why did you set the idling RPM at 1800 when the max recommended idling RPM is 1450 .
My and sibun's extreme idle at 1100RPM when hot and 900~1000 RPM when cold, because our AFR and tappets are set correctly.

When the engine is hot, lower the RPM to about 1000RPM and see if the engine still runs. If it shuts off then set the AFR at 1.7 turns for the time being and then check if the engine idles at 1000RPM(when hot). If it does not then tappets need to be checked.

Pull after the 80 is normal and same as it was from the starting when I bought the bike, I didn't adjusted the tappets this job is done by a mechanic.

Actually I set the RPM at 1600 when engine was hot (because it goes down automatically when engine is cold and you start the bike in the morning), OMG max RPM is 1450 my bike never comes under 1500 when engine is hot.

Ok, I will set the RPM at 1000 RPM when engine is hot and check, will let you know....

Anybody knows about the engine start problem...?

Before you check anything else, post a few pictures of the spark plug from different angles.
At what RPM does the engine tone change ? Does the bike cross 100kmph easily ? How is the low end torque ?

Till date I haven't come across any mechanic who uses feeler gauge to set the tappets and knows the correct tappet clearance...All most all of them set tappets from experience, works out for most bikes while it does not workout for xtreme & hunk.

Ok, will post the pics of spark plug and engine tone changes only when it on idling other wise its behave normal, bike reaches 100 kmph normally as it was use to reach earlier there not much difference in that, low end torque is also the same as earlier but one thing I have noticed that in every gear when i shift and accelerate till the 3000 RPM its not smooth.

Yes mechanic didn't adjusted the tappets through feeler gauge.....

Fortunately, I never had to search for any mechanic... I do all the repair work myself because it gives me immense happiness and most importantly satisfaction.
My knowledge and experience has further improved thanks to Sibun.

I had a talk with sibun and also happened to discuss your issue with him, according to him it could be a blocked slow jet.

For your problem there is a maximum of two things that can go wrong.1. Tappets:- Buy a feeler gauge having 20 blades. Now yourself adjust the tappets to 0.06 mm inlet and 0.10 exhaust. Nothing better than a perfectly adjusted tappets. If you are not sure how to do it take it to near mechanic and adjust the tappets using you feeler gauge.2. Blocked slow jet- Most probable cause for you problem. No need of opening the complete carburettor. Just loosen the air hose and inlet duct clip. Now twist the carburettor and open the float chamber. Take out the jets by unscrewing and clean them with petrol and compressed air. After cleaning re-fit back and adjust the idle to 1100 rpm when hot and then check.@ i cannot remember who it is but someone has mentioned that his bike is lacking pick-up and has run 11000 km. Just change the air filter and your bike will be back to normal performance.
