But the Fz's mirrors look pretty bland and dont go well with the macho looks of the bike.
Sadly, eEven the skinny bikes from TVS and Bajaj got better mirrors than FZ

      • if in stock I will buy the duke's flashers.the only prob with led is that they just blink too fast.how to get them blinking at the 'normal' rate?

Add a 10W resistor 56 or 100 ohm resistor in parallel to one of the left and right indicators. Will work like charm.

Sometimes I feel that the tire pressure is not correct. I mean during cornering, braking, extra damping of the shock absorbers etc. Too low pressure is bad and too high is again bad..

Can you please let me know what should be the optimum pressure for my tires ?

Check out the Yamaha website for a showroom nearest to your place. I think there is one in Indiranagar which should be the closest to you.

It is always the best to have ridden the bike significantly before you decide to go for it as the test ride at the showroom is really nothing.
So if you have friends or know someone who have the bikes you mentioned and who can give you a test ride on their bikes, that would be better.

Other than that what else do you want to know while buying? Like things to note while taking delivery etc??
Please let us know and we would be glad to help

                    Cheers!!

I just removed the rubber tubing around the sensor cleaned it and gave it some pressure and placed the tubing back the lights started to work.
In you case you might have to loosen the sensor socket a bit. just give it a try or take it to SVC.

                          Vivek,
Try Panache on CMH road. Orion motors in Koramangala is also good.

                          Cheers!

I agree. It does look odd. But, For that price range, one can't complain. I personally want the new FZ seats, I also enquired in one of the showrooms in Inidiranagar, Bangalore about the new FZ seats, they were not sure about the price either. I am guessing that it will run into thousands.
