    4. Chain cleaning and setting
    5. spark plug setting
    6. Front brake pads change

Any other thing I am missing?

    #Deville any ideas??

What kind of oil are your using semi synthetic or full synthetic.
I would say change spark plug also.
    Get the cylinder head cleaned.
    Adjust tappets.
Check the condition of cam chain.
Change front fork oil, if you haven't changed it.
Check for play in wheel bearing.
Check Race bearing set, see whether there is any loosness in the handle, if yes adjust it.
Check for front disc brake pad thickness and change if necessary, check rear brake shoe also.
Clean the carburettor of the bike thoroughly after completely disassembling it.
Check for any cracks in clutch wire, throttle wire and brake fluid hose.
    Condition of tyres.

Right now iam able to remember this much only if iam missing something in it other members pls add.

        Hi Xbhpians,

I own a FZ 16 2009 Model, am the second owner of the bike. It was in pretty good condition, but unfortunately after two services from an authorized service center(Panache Motors) the bike is completely out of tune, I would say it is totally sluggish. And I am trying to get the beast back on feet. So kindly advise me with good reliable yamaha authorized service centers(in Bangalore), where they will tune the bike properly.

        Thanks in Advance.

A friend of mine is planning to get a FZ-16 this month and he is 6.3ft tall. Will the bike be comfortable for him?

I am 6' and don't face any issues with the bike. Tell your friend to do a TD and decide if he is comfortable riding the bike or not.

                    Cheerz!!

I got my FZ16 yesterday and having some problem, some kind of squeaky rubbing noise is coming from the front wheels while riding and same noise when i rotate the front wheel on stands.

                        what could be the reason?

Perhaps ...it may be from the disc .
